Welcome to the Coastal Cutie, your ideal coastal retreat just two blocks from the beachfront. This stunning home blends modernity, comfort, and seaside charm, offering a serene oasis within a bustling beach town.

The open-plan layout fosters a sense of unity and family interaction. Beachy decor with driftwood accents, pastel tones, and nautical elements adds a charming flair to the home. The kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream with high-end appliances and multiple coffee makers, catering to all preferences.

Designed to accommodate the entire family, including pets, the home features a nearby dog beach. Outdoor entertainment includes a private, fenced yard with patio furniture, ambient Edison lights, a Pellet BBQ, and provided bikes, beach gear, and games.

An outdoor shower with hot and cold water offers a magical end to beach days. Indoors, luxury plush mattresses and smart TVs ensure restful nights. The home also provides fast Wi-Fi for remote work, a laundry room, and ample parking.

Centrally located, the Coastal Cutie is just a short drive to Pier Park, Frank Brown, the 30A area, local farmer's markets, and St. Andrew's State Park. The beach is a mere 5-minute walk away.

Guests may utilize the whole home, including the garage. The only space off limits is the locked owner’s closet. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy!

All adults must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and cc to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt** Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.

We are dog/pet friendly with a $75 pet fee. No breed/size restrictions.

We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.

When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.

Rental agreement, hold harmless, & liability waiver are signed at the time of booking & are considered agreed upon by all parties.
