The condo is nicely furnished, clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need during your stay. Access to the beach and pool are easy and direct. The most appreciated extra touch was a binder that provides information on just about every local activity available, menus and contact information on all local restaurants, and local phone numbers of first responders in case of emergency. Additionally, our host was a pleasure to work and chat with.

Condo had everything needed for our stay at Sanibel. Well, supplied! Especially, enjoyed all the beach accessories available in the storage room. No need to bring anything but sunscreen. Will definitely be back! Location is just steps away from the beach!

It was a great experience staying at Sundial. We enjoyed the beach every day, and sat on the balcony in the morning with our coffee. Had a bit of difficulty the first night finding our way to the building where the condo is located. Once we figured out where the building was it was easy of course! Thanks for all of the amenities and the lovely view!

The hostess was very helpful and alerted us that we could get in early as the condo was ready. She provided written directions to the condo and even labeled light and fan switches. The notebook she compiled was very helpful with suggestions of things to do and menus to local restaurants.

The owner provided everything needed to have a most enjoyable stay. Everything in the owners storage closet ie beach chairs umbrellas wagon and bicycles were in excellent condition. The bicycles even had a light on them which came in handy from our ride home from sunset. Views from her balcony were beautiful and very relaxing. Short walk to beach and pool. The location was perfect. Thank you for sharing your little bit of paradise with us. We will be back.

Paula was great and the unit was perfect! It had a good view of the beach and a very short walk ( 1-2 minutes) and you were on the beach. Unit was very well stocked with everything you could need to cook in the kitchen.Will be coming back for sure!

We loved everything about this property except the floors were dirty when we arrived. They appeared clean but left our feet dark if our shoes were off. We just wore shoes the whole time but not ideal for toddler crawling around on floor.

Wonderful place
