Completely renovated in 2025, this private unit is designed to give couples a peaceful, memorable retreat.
The king bedroom features a plush mattress and fresh linens, while the adjoining bathroom boasts a spacious tiled shower. A comfortable sofa and chair in the living room provide space to unwind, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to enjoy meals at home. The highlight is the oversized private lanai — a perfect spot for morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply soaking in the ocean breeze and view.
For days at the beach, we provide chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler, making it easy to relax along Sanibel’s shoreline. Guests also enjoy access to the heated pool featured in the listing photos, along with complimentary parking, free Wi-Fi, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Sundial offers several on-site dining options, a tiki bar, and a convenience market just steps away. A coin-operated laundry facility is also conveniently located in the building. We've been visiting Sanibel for years and have always loved the peaceful vibes of the island. We have family and friends at the resort who also own condos. While the state of Florida offers many islands and beaches, Sanibel seems to separate itself from the pack with its lush vegetation, diverse wildlife, NO high-rises, miles of bike/walking paths, and endless beaches sprinkled with countless shells.
