Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood completely ready for your vacation, extended stay, or work away from home. It is located on a canal with a dock with quick access to the Peace River and the intercoastal waterway via boat. Many local restaurants, activities, and fun things to do. Watch the sunset from your dock or take a five-minute car ride to Punta Gorda to watch from numerous local restaurants on the water. Kitchen is completely stocked and ready for homemade meals.

The Space
Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood completely ready for your vacation, extended stay, or work away from home. It is located on a canal with a dock with quick access to the Peace River and the intercoastal waterway via boat. Many local restaurants, activities, and fun things to do. Watch the sunset from your dock or take a five-minute car ride to Punta Gorda to watch from numerous local restaurants on the water. Kitchen is completely stocked and ready for homemade meals.

Guest Access
Guests will have majority access to all parts of the space, as well as self-check-in. The only room guests will not have access to is located in the backyard storage room (contains additional host supplies). We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests and reserve the right to ask anyone to leave or to place a penalty fee, without refund, for bringing more than the number of registered guests, or bringing more than 6 guests.

Rules and Violations
1. There are no parties of any kind allowed in the space. If a party is held, or more guests are in the space than were booked, then you will be required to immediately leave with no refund for your stay as a violation of our house rules. This is non-negotiable.
2. This is a non-smoking home, smoking of any kind (vaping and marijuana included) inside the house will result in a cleaning and deodorizing fee, non-negotiable.
3. No pets are allowed on the property. If you have any questions regarding pets, further contact the host.

Clean, comfortable home. Could use some aesthetic updating of Kitchen and Bathrooms but all functioned well. Primary Bedroom has comfy bed but definitely needs another lamp in the room. Convenient location.

Florida getaway

My husband and I spent 4 nights in this home. It was very clean and tidy! The pictures on the website did not give it justice. It was beautiful! Very comfortable with everything that we needed and in a very quiet neighborhood. It was easy to get to. Only 2 of us stayed there but there was plenty of room for a family or friends to stay. This home was a blessing for us while we were able to be in Florida and spend time with good friends. We would definitely recommend this home to others!

Port Charlotte rental home

Very nice comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and very spacious. Supplies in kitchen limited, so need to bring things like baggies, dishwasher tablets, towels. Bathrooms needed wash cloths. Would be.nice to have more beach towels as I only saw one and a beach chair to use. The chair in the garage is broken. Would def stay here again though
