The room is in a good location in Kona, and the parking worked out well. If you go to bed early, there can be noise in an adjacent public soccer field until after 9 and from restaurants until later. This mostly matters for the bedroom that doesn't have tight closing windows, worse if you need to leave the windows open later. If you go to bed late, shouldn't be an issue. The room was clean, and the host was responsive with questions. Lot's of great extras in the condo to help enjoy the area (games, beach stuff). Lot's of seating, and the ceiling fans worked great.

This property is everything that it is advertised and more. The apartment is very clean, well furnished and stocked with beach gear, coolers, and even seasonings for cooking. The Murphy bed is extremely comfortable! The location is perfect as well. Ocean view from the lanai, easy walk to so many restaurants and shops.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was secure, clean and comfortable. They had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The kitchen was stocked with all the stuff you need. It does get warm at night in the bedroom. We found some fans in the hall closet which helped a lot!

Bright, sunny and spacious condo next to restaurants and shops. Beautiful partial ocean view with a great balcony. Two bathrooms and a comfortable bed. Some of the kitchen pans and utensils were a bit worn out, but well equiped.

Price is Wayyyyy worth the comfortable rental unit- Location is convenient, pool /BBQ area is frequently maintained,elevator is fast, all of the electronics (tv, lights,fans, remotes were fully functional! My only complaint is that we had to go home, our vacation came to an end!

It was a little tricky to find the property but once we found it and got checked in we were pleasantly surprised with how nice of a location it was! Excellent location with easy access to shops and restaurants on Ali’i. Quiet. Nice to have washer and dryer in unit. Great afternoon sun and sunset views on the balcony. Bit challenging to find the parking space at first, but nice to have a covered space. All in all, good value!
