This awesome studio has beautiful ocean views and air conditioner, it's a gem right in the middle of Kona. It is walking distance to all of the local restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, churches and farmers market. Also, just a short walk to the beach. This upper floor studio has a queen size Murphy bed with memory foam mattress. The Kitchenette has a full size refrigerator & sink, an induction cook top, full size microwave. The bathroom has a full size walking shower.

One Murphy Queen size bed.

This studio is not suitable for children since it is located on the 3rd floor.

This studio is not suitable for pets due to being on the third floor.

This place has everything! It is steps to downtown, steps to the ocean and a great view of Kona town fron the lanai.! Very clean and a/c keeps it cool. Perfect for our stay. Entry was easy and communication was great. We will stay again. Aloha!

This property was perfect! Close to everything, yet very quiet. Place was well appointed with special extra touches added! Was in Kona for a wedding with most of the guests staying at the King Kamehameha Courtyard Hotel. This was near everything and saved us a ton of cash! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Kona Getaway: Beautiful Condo & Amazing Host!

I had an incredible stay at this Kona VRBO condo! The location was perfect—just minutes from the beach, local shops, and great dining. The condo itself was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the host—they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and even gave some great local recommendations. Their hospitality really made the trip extra special. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

Wonderful...a dream

We had a wonderful stay. It felt like a dream, communication was amazing. The building as she stated was older but in the most perfect Kona location. We could walk to most things and having a guranteed parking spot was THE best. The room was lovely, ac worked great, bed comfy and the kitchen just what we needed. Clean and cane with great tips. A million percent recommend for Kona visitors. Also there was a pool and jacuzzi!

Kailua Kona Visits

Enjoyed our stay here. Within walking distance of local shops, the beach and restaurants. Central location in which to drive to local sites, excursions and beaches. Very well equipped kitchen for cooking which was great since we like to eat in at times on our vacations. So appreciated the beach, chairs, umbrella, and towels that were provided. A nice extra! Great communication with the owner and small issue quickly resolved. A little noisy due to nearness to a busy street and we like to open up the doors-windows when able. Room was a little dark, so took a little bit of getting used to for us. And yet, overall a great place to stay!

Outstanding location, efficient use of space

What a fantastic location - and the unit was just perfect. Rosalba was an amazing host - she communicated really well and worked with us to make our experience as smooth as possible. Did I mention the location? I couldn't think of a more centralized and quiet place to be, particularly for the ironman where it was a 5 minute walk down to the pier. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The best medicine is the natural Vit D from being in the sun all day, feeling the breeze , falling in to a muddy pot hole, going for a bike ride , going for a joy ride, a road trip, a walk with the dogs, going for any trail and hike it, and going for a run ...just about anything makes me happy :) Just being outside is enough for me. I first visited the Island of Hawaii in 2008 and immediately fell in love with the people and the island. The first thought that came out of my mouth was, "Wow, I can retire in here." I'll eventually reach that dream, but in the mean while, I want to share my home with others that want to visit the island and hopefully my guests fall in love with the island and its people like I did!
