Our beautifully furnished villas feature 10ft. ceilings and 1300 square feet of space, providing the getaway seeker plenty of room to stretch out for a day, a week or a month. Soaking tubs, Kohler fixtures, high end linens and towels, and scenic views create a spa-like ambiance. The fully amenitized chef's kitchen and open floor plan are perfect for entertaining groups, and all balconies and patios feature private electric grills and patio tables to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors.

The living room as well as both master bedrooms all open through charming french doors onto tranquil balconies or patios, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and glowing palm trees complement romantic evenings of al fresco dining or wine tasting under a canopy of stars. The dual master suites each contain en suite bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and stall showers with floor to ceiling tile. Additional features include Hi-Speed WiFi, HBO, Showtime, Smart TVs, ceiling fans, built-in washer/dryer, and two fireplaces. With all this comfort, you'll never want to leave your villa.

Guest Access
For those able to pry themselves from the villa, the swimming options abound with 12 salt water pools and 11 relaxing Jacuzzis, including two lap pools, and the ultimate family pool and play area with its beach-like entry, splash fountains and resort cabanas (free of charge). The inviting hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside Cafe, social room, and state of the art fitness facility round out the spectacular 10,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse at the heart of the resort.

For a host of additional options, guests can meander next door to the famed La Quinta Resort and Club, featuring shopping, outdoor music, six fabulous restaurants, a world class spa, two Pete Dye championship golf courses, and tennis courts for rent.

Main Renter booking the Villa must be 21 or older, and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay.

House Rules
No smoking and no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For Coachella/Stagecoach, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.

Cozy & Inviting Retreat near Clubhouse

This is my second time staying at Legacy Villas resort. First time we stayed in a casita, but because we have 3 dogs we needed a little more space. Plus we had my stepdaughter and her daughter come by to barbecue and swim, so we needed the room. We love the look and layout of the whole complex. This home had plenty of privacy as we had only one neighbor next door. I love the decor of the villa. We enjoyed the pools here, though we didn't have time to go to all 12 of them! The host provided everything we needed for our home away from home. If we ran out of something, the property manager was prompt in getting supplies to us. (note: we needed a wine opener though). Check in and check out was easy. We really enjoyed our stay, though towards the end of our vacation we had a neighbor complain to me about the dog pee smell outside her back patio. I told her I had not ever let my dogs go potty near anyone's door or patios. My fiance explained to her that there were other dogs at the villas and she had mistook me for another person. We are very neat people and clean up after our dogs!

This unit was very comfortable with a full kitchen equipped with pots, pans and everything you need to cook up a meal if desired. Beds were very comfy.The Legacy Villa complex has breathtaking views of the hills and well maintained desert plants and landscaping. There's a fountain and pool around every corner.Great for couples as well as families!Our 2nd time staying at Legacy. Also a convenient location very close to town and other attractions are within a half hour drive.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Legacy Villas Resort in La Quinta. For starters, the location of the resort is really ideal. It is off the beaten path, which gives it a quiet feel. You cannot hear any outside traffic. Also, it is tucked up against some beautiful desert hillsides. The overall resort looks relatively new and is well maintained. The layout is really thoughtful, and it always felt so quiet and peaceful. Of course, the best part is the number of pools. Many pools to choose from, and none very far away. From our unit, there were 2 pools within 100-150 ft. The main pool area is a short walk away, and it was great. There are two pools in the main area, and one of them is perfect for kids to play in. Our unit was really clean, had all the amenities we required, and was spacious. There was even a great supply of pool towels. Checking in was super easy, and everything, including the pools, is keyless entry. Parking was easy and plentiful. Our intent was to get out to the desert for some warmth and pool time. The Legacy Villas Resort was perfect for us. I would definitely stay here again.

I love everything about these villas ! They have the best Mountain View's, multiple pool options the spacious rooms, bathrooms! It's the best villas I've stayed in by far. I love the homesy feel they have. Every time I stay here it seems like a Spanish vibe, I absolutely love it!! I recommend staying here especially if you have children, the villas are kid/baby safe. I also like how you have multiple store and restaurant options around the area ! It's in a great location and not too far from the freeway!

Comfortable place, convenient location, good for a family

I like to share with people the goods and the bads - so here it is: Goods - spacious place would fit comfortably a family of 4. Bedrooms are on opposite side of the unit providing privacy. Lots of cooking items in the kitchen so you can make anything you wish. Great location within the city - near shopping, restaurants, movie theater, etc. (within 5 miles). Also great location within the complex - 3 different pools are just steps away. Nice work-out facility on property. BBQ grill on the patio was a plus! Cable TV with plenty of channels. A/C worked well. Bads - a lot of things in the apartment are noisy - the ceiling fan in the living room was unusable due to the noise (owner should look at getting this fixed). The mini-fridge in the bedroom was also very loud. The noise of the people above us was quite loud at times as well. For the cost of the cleaning fee, I felt there was a lot of responsibility put on us to clean and do laundry. Wasn't horrible - but the washer/dryer was very loud too - and we washed towels the night before we left to have enough time to get all the laundry done and it was inconvenient. There were 4 loads of wash we had to do - white towels, beach towels, sheets for master and sheets for 2nd bedroom. It's a stackable so you can't fit much in. My husband has AT&T Wireless and had very poor coverage. I have Verizon and it worked fine. Suggestions: Bring your food and drinks with you and a cooler you can wheel to the clubhouse or pool. The food they have available for purchase is not very good.

We enjoyed our stay very much!!! The unit was nicely appointed. Very convenient to clubhouse, main pool, and fitness center. There were several smaller pools near us as well. The 11 am required departure was challenging given the required housekeeping duties. A tip: Plan your departure as there are a few housekeeping duties you will need to perform predeparture to reduce housekeeper time in preparing the unit for subsequent guests and to avoid penalties. Will plan to stay at Legacy Villas our next trip.

the impression of the property, the unit, and the grounds was very nice and would highly recommend it. the only pet peeve I have is having to do the dishes and laundry and them charging a hefty cleaning fee their instructions stated that we had to do this and I thought typically that the cleaning people do this...ha ha ha was I wrong.

Great week with great accommodations

Family Friendly Condo

My family had a wonderful time during our stay and found that this villa was perfect for our needs. Featuring two master bedrooms, cute patio and all the amenities of the community, we had all that we could ask for during our stay. Two young children (8 and 9) enjoyed going to the pool daily and loved the hammock garden and all that the community has to offer. Christmas in the Desert

My family and I loved our time at Legacy Villas. It was a perfect gathering place for our family holiday. We were able to rent several villas in close proximity to each other. Everyone thought the accommodations were the comfiest they had ever seen, especially the luxurious beds and private bedroom suites. The unit was extremely clean and very well stocked with all the best cookware making it easy to prepare great family meals away from home. The unit was located close to the main clubhouse and hammock garden. The owners were great to work with and made sure that our stay turned out perfect. We will return next year and would highly recommend this unit to anyone.
