You are a short walk to the beach & have access to the best amenities on all of 30-A. This picturesque community is surrounded by beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico & The Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. The majestic Cypress forest within the neighborhood is an amazing experience in itself. Our home offers serenity in a quiet beachfront community. Pets must be pre approved. Why they chose this property
If you are looking for a truly Special Property in a resort community on 30A this is it. Quiet, Relaxing with incredible amenities, convent shopping with minimal traffic you have found a rare gem here! Incredible beaches just a short walk, bike ride or car ride away. Best resturaunts on 30 A close bye. Master on main with 2 bedrooms upstairs.

What makes this property unique
Location, Location, Location! This incredible community's pool was rated as "The Best Pool on 30A" by Southern Living Magazine. The amenities offered are wonderful. The resturaunts in the area are fantastic. You can literally go to a different resturaunt every night of the week all year long! The location to the beach, high end shopping, Publix Grocery store and Walmart are a few minutes away! Your time will be spent relaxing and having fun!!! Pool is heated the following dates:
