5 Bedroom Luxury Gated Ocean View Home with Amenities

Awesome...Magnificent... Quite possibly one of the best values too since it can easily accommodate up to 3 families! This huge 3 story 4,300+ s.f. ocean view home built in 2007 with bedrooms on every floor is ideally located on Cinnamon beach lane in Cinnamon Beach, one of N.E. Florida's premier gated subdivisions. Includes 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, Master suite with wet bar, private balcony for each bedroom, lake views and sunsets in the back yard (directly on the lake in rear), Ocean views and sunrises in the front (ocean is across street in front), 2 fully equipped laundry rooms, 2 large flat screen TV's with cable, 2 smaller flat screen TVs in bedrooms.

Traveling with your pet? Well-behaved dogs 65 pounds or less are considered for an additional fee. Tiled outside concealed shower hidden under the stairs is perfect after a day on the beach or the two pools next door. Sleeping space for more, but currently Homeowner's Association caps overnight guests at 12 people. One garage is for guest use with additional parking in driveway for up to 5 average size vehicles total.

The Cinnamon Beach pools and clubhouse, all of which are located only one house away, include a quieter oceanfront heated pool, plus a family-friendly heated 'beach entry' pool, a 'Spray & Play' water feature play area, and a kiddie pool for tiny tots. Both pools areas have Hot Tubs as well.

Master bath has large tub with views of the ocean. Clubhouse includes a gym, pool table, game room and cafe. Walking/biking trails run throughout the subdivision which also has a golf course running through it. Beach walkover is right next door at the oceanfront pool. Phone in unit with nationwide long distance included as well as free wireless high speed internet. The home is laid out to sleep several families or enjoy the extra room!

The only downside to this property is you will not want to leave! Feel free to call or email any questions. Note: during prime summer weeks we rent weekly, Saturday to Saturday.

Sadie's Place is gorgeous and in a wonderful location right across the street from the beach. From the time of booking until checkout Tammy & Steve made me feel welcome. Upon entry to Sadie's Place my Guests and I felt a sense of peace and warmth. Our stay at this beach home was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t have been better, only steps from the sand, with ocean views that made every morning feel like a postcard. The house itself was spotless upon arrival and thoughtfully maintained. We especially appreciated the small touches like travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and toothpaste, along with fresh towels. The kitchen had everything we needed for a few meals in, and the outdoor seating area was perfect for barbecueing and watching the sunset. Hosts Steve and Tammy put care into every detail to make guests feel welcome, and communication was quick and clear.
