This is a charming house, well decorated and stocked with books, movies, and furniture. It is also tastefully decorated. It is, though, a very "Filipino" experience. There is no hot water in the place, no air conditioning outside of the bedroom, no water to flush the toilet, and extremely slow water flow in the kitchen. We had a great time there, and adjusted to the life of many or most Filipinos. If you can't do that, this place is not for you.
