The unit is very comfortable. The property manager was easy to reach and responsive. The building was a pleasant surprise. Fresh air flows through the hallways. The lobby is open and spacious.

The amenities listed is deceiving… every amenity you use .. you have to pay.. parking, swimming pool, there is no laundry.. parking is first come first serve.. you have to pay as well.. cannot ise the pool unless it is the schedule day foe the unit..gym you have to pay…this place is common to all who have access and you feel a second class citizen .. notcrecommended

Sorry to hear if it did not meet your expectations. And just want to clarify the thing you mentioned "amenities listed is deceiving". If you just find time to read carefully and thoroughly the listing before you made the actual booking, everything is clearly stated there regarding the amenities (pay parking, use of pool, etc.), nothing is deceiving there and clearly transparent to the guest. As you can see the other reviews I had not only here but in even in airbnb, majority if not all satisfied with my humble unit, it satisfied their expectations and the reason maybe is because they thoroughly read my listing and not expecting a hotel-like service in a way. I love this place. Very convenient and accessible to shopping centers, groceries, restaurants and spas. It's a quiet place and the view is just spectacular!! The root top view is breathtaking esp at night. You can really relax and spend time with your family. I recommend this place with my friends in the US as well as close friend in Manila who wants to get away. I will definitely come back, and for the price, it's definitely reasonable.

I was very happy with our stay at the condo. I found the place reasonably priced but a very homey one. Malls (Trinoma and SM north) just few minutes ride away. Erickson communicated with me from the moment I booked until I left the place. Me and my Wife will definitely considering rebooking for my future travels to Manila and recommend the place to my friends.

This will definitely my second home whenever I visit Manila again. I am so impressed with Erick's excellent business ethics. He was so prompt in getting back to any of our questions and more than anything, he was very accommodating. I felt like I already knew Erick on a personal level even though we have not yet met. His condo rates are decent and fair. The condo is exactly how it is described on the website and pictures (no surprises). We enjoyed feeling safe in this security gated building. The location is accessible and a walking distance to a supermarket, restaurants, drinking water dispenser and about 15 minutes away from SM North EDSA / Trinoma by taxi. I would definitely recommend this Condo to both foreigners and our fellow kababayan. We also would like to extend our gratitude to Trixie (Erick's sister) who accommodated us with our personal request and who also lives in the same building. Last but not least, thank you Erick for ensuring we had a great time during our stay at your place. Cheers!
