Beautiful location, spacious house

Lovely location and lots of space for everyone. The view is beautiful and it was a quiet neighborhood. The property owners are in the process of updating, and I think it's going to be really nice when it's all done - and we very much enjoyed the property even without the updates being complete. Everything was in working order, no complaints!

The view from the back of the house was amazing. Unfortunately, the house and the wharf had construction going on that we weren't aware of ahead of time. Other than that, it's a great location in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood.

Amazing views! Quiet neighborhood. House has plenty of space for all. We went for my nephew’s ceremony at Mass Maritime. So convenient. Host was awesome. Responsive to all questions. Just a wonderful time had by all.

Beautiful location. Spacious house. Great for family trip.

The house has lots of space for a family to enjoy time together. There are three sitting areas, two with TVs so people can also spread out and do different things. The view from every room is beautiful! Even though the outdoor furniture was not out yet, we enjoyed the deck on a nice sunny morning. The house itself is older but clean. The owners said they were replacing the kitchen appliances after we left and we could see some exterior work being done on the trim in back the house, so it is being maintained. We appreciated the welcome basket of snacks and wine! The fresh flowers scattered throughout the house were so nice also. The communication with the host and owner was excellent. We would recommend this house for others to enjoy also! Thank you to the owners for sharing their home so we could enjoy the waterfront location for Mother’s Day.
