Located on a corner lot in upper Pacific Grove, this single-story home is perfect for monthly stays. The comfortable living room features a sectional and a sofa, a large TV, and a fireplace. The adjoining dining area seats six, and the galley kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances. But wait till you see the spacious backyard, landscaped with bougainvillea, lavender and an iconic lemon tree. The huge patio is designed for the California lifestyle with a picnic table and an umbrella, a gas barbecue, and a fire table with six chairs for gathering around in the evenings. Inside, there are three bedrooms, and 1.5 baths. The first (largest) guestroom has a King bed, the second has a Queen bed (and an ensuite powder room), and the third guestroom has two twin beds and a desk. The shared hall bath has a tub/shower combination. Freshly updated, this well-loved home is convenient to all the amenities of Pacific Grove (shops, groceries, restaurants, cafes, fitness centers) and only few minutes to Asilomar Beach, Lover's Point, Monterey, Pebble Beach, and Carmel.

The Red House

Very well appointed home. Neat, clean, efficient. We had 3 power outages. The longest was 3 days, but with the gas stove, flashlights, a couple of candles and the purchase of solar candles we managed. I would recommend more emergency lighting, even just more flashlights. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were quickly resolved. I would recommend a shower curtain liner as the cloth one would not dry out and it became moldy. The backyard and patio was very nice! For a long stay, the location was ideal! Thank you for everything!
