Absolutely wonderful!

I’m so grateful for my time here in this adorable Monterey cottage!! Waking up every morning to see the ocean from the kitchen window was such a blessing. It’s located close enough to the beach and Cannery Row that it takes just 5-10 minutes to walk there, but you’re tucked away just enough so that you don’t have to deal with traffic and parking issues! It’s also in a cozy part of Pacific Grove, so I always felt completely safe. Peter & Sidra are lovely hosts and were so helpful and accommodating! They keep the grounds beautiful and well-maintained with gorgeous plants and flowers. There’s even a little lemon tree out front, which came in handy several times while I was cooking. The closet is bigger than I would’ve thought, and was more than roomy enough for me during my extended stay! For anyone who works from home, likes to stream videos and music, or video chats often - the Wi-Fi is spectacular. It was consistently well over 200 mbps and never gave me any signal issues. I couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience, and I truly enjoyed every day here! I highly, highly recommend this lovely little place if you’re traveling to Monterey!!

INCREDIBLE STAY

Location could not be any better!! Walking distance to the water/cannery row/beaches. Extremely clean and up to date interior. You can see the water from kitchen window! Giant closet made any storage needs easy. Cute back patio with furniture was great. Host is extremely quick to respond, making this an excellent stay. 10 out of 10 would stay here again!

We purchased this home from my late grandmother almost 23 years ago. The property has been in my family for over 85 years. We recently moved and decided to keep our beautiful Monterey home to share with others! We hope you enjoy Monterey as much as we do!
