Looking for a way to step back to a simpler way of life? Pacific Grove is known for offering this opportunity. Conveniently situated on the Monterey Bay between Pebble Beach and Monterey, this property is just steps to all that Pacific Grove has to offer; fine restaurants, coffee houses and local markets and quaint shops where the owners will know you by name. It is like stepping back in time.

Clean and neat with a living room-dining room, newly remodel bathroom and one large bedroom. Perfect quiet get away in a prime location to explore, Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach, Monterey, Carmel, Carmel Valley and Big Sur. Enjoy the many special events that are held in our area- Pebble Beach AT&T golf tournament, Pebble Beach Concours de Elegance, Monterey Bay Aquarium and Point Lobos. Lovers Point beach is literally one block away and is perfect to kayak, take advantage of this world class diving destination or just enjoy the beach. Plan your stay around the Historic Home Tour, Good Old Days, Feast of Lanterns, and Cherries Jubilee, Laguna Seca Raceway or many other events that make this one of the best destinations in the world. With all this said you may want to consider doing something that we seldom do for ourselves, bring a good book and just breathe.

Just a little side note-you may want to plan a visit to San Francisco, Hearst Castle or even Yosemite which are each very easy trips from this location.

In the mean time we look forward to sharing with you the Monterey Peninsula that we know and love.

Great place to stay!!

This property was perfect for our stay. It was in a great location. Restaurants and beaches nearby. It was very clean and just the right size for the 2 of us. We would definitely start here again!!

Amazing home

What a beautiful property. Close to everything, great parking, quiet, quaint and windows to people watch and enjoy breakfast. There was even a bottle of wine to welcome us that we replaced. The dishes and utensils when we ate at home and the bed and pillows were so comfy. I even enjoyed a soothing bat. We rented bikes, watchedSunsets and walked to cannery row. The farmers market in the park steps away was a bonus as was the good ole days festival. The host provided great restaurant suggestions.sunsets

Pacific Grove Gem

Had a wonderful weekend in Pacific Grove attending the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro Am and enjoying all the area has to offer. The apartment was so convenient to everything, beach, restaurants, grocery store and shops. We walked the coastline everyday as it was 1 block from our front door. Parking in the driveway was an added plus. Everything and more than we had hoped for. Thank you to our hosts.

Just What We Needed

We were looking for a nice, quiet getaway, and that's what we got! Lovely lodgings in a beautiful location. And walking distance to everything important... like the aquarium!

Perfect place in Pacific Grove

The property manager was very commutative. She checked that we got in all right and checked in during the week to make sure all was well. The unit was spotless with plenty of towels and products. The location was just a couple of blocks to the ocean and Lovers Point. We also had a spot for off street parking, and there was plenty of parking on the street. It was a very cozy stay and we will certainly try to rent again next time we are in the area.

Superb location

What a treat to be so close to Lovers Point, Ocean View Blvd, walking path, Monterey Wharf and Pacific Grove downtown. Perfect size for a couple- amenities well thought out and a nice touch-. We had a very pleasant return visit to Monterey County.

Fantastic Location

We really enjoyed staying here for the week. Everything was clean and comfortable. Linda was a great communicator. The place is just a couple blocks from Lovers Point and two blocks the other direction to great restaurants and shops on Lighthouse avenue. We would definitely return.

Fantastic Stay!

The apartment is 1 block from Lovers Point and in the center of Pacific Grove. It is an excellent location! It was easy walking to Monterey Bay Aquarium, beach walk, and restaurants. The place is cozy, clean and had everything we needed. Linda was wonderful and provided lots of information about local restaurants and events! We will definitely go back again!

Perfect location

We loved staying in this apartment -- not only is it steps from the beach (as Linda writes in the title), it is across the park from the Museum of Natural History, the library and...on Mondays -- the Farmers Market! The space was very comfortable, absolutely clean and well-furnished. I loved sitting in the outdoor patio and watching the view of Monterey Bay and breathing in the salt sea air.

A great place to stay in Pacific Grove!

The apartment is in a great location, it is close to everything. It was clean and they offered a good supply of linen, paper goods and kitchen items. An extra bonus were the two tickets to the aquarium which were appreciated! The only negative would be the water pressure in the shower- it wasn't strong.

exellent stay

This is a great property for us. It is located only a block from the sea coast and one block from the down town area of pacific grove. We rode our bicycles most days on the bike path and even did the 17 mile loop of pebble beach. This is an older property that has been nicely rehabbed. It was all that we wanted. Hope to be back next year.

Heaven At The Beach

A bright, shining, welcoming home away from home with the most kind, attentive hosts, The home was immaculate with an extremely comfortable bed. The bathtub was divine and a gorgeous long walk along the beach is just down the road. Incredible. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the home is located in the middle of town by a park with a fabulous farmers market. 10 out of 10 would so happily stay again.

Wonderful location!

We really enjoyed our time in Pacific Grove despite the fact that there was a pandemic happening at the time. The unit was clean and fully equipped. Linda and Guy are available and very helpful. The location is in the middle of everything we love in Pacific Grove - ocean, food, and hiking. We just needed to be more adaptable and creative on this trip and it worked out great! We hope to go back again soon!

Adorable unit that lives UP to it's hype.

When we first booked our stay here, we were hoping for the best and didn't want our expectations to be too high... This place lives up to it's billing. Absolutely adorable, quiet place that has everything you need for a romantic getaway. 1 minute walk to the Ocean... Gorgeous views. Our host made access so easy. Great food recommendations as well. Lovely apartment by the ocean

We were so happy to have the opportunity to rent Linda’s charming apartment two blocks to Lover’s Point and one block to downtown Pacific Grove. Linda was very helpful accommodating our last minute booking. Her apartment is immaculate with a well stocked kitchen and a comfortable queen bed with nice, soft sheets. The bathroom is redone, and the water pressure is perfect. You can’t beat the comfort of this space for the reasonable, all inclusive price. Thanks, Linda. We hope to return some day!

A Perfect Stay

Our visit to Pacific Grove was absolutely perfect! The location, apartment, communication with Linda and friendliness of everyone we met was beyond our expectations! We appreciated all of the things Linda did to make our stay amazing~the apartment is well-stocked, the bed is incredibly comfortable, the welcome wine was so thoughtful and the list of things to do while in Pacific Grove/Monterey was appreciated. There is also a cute area outside that is perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail! There is a park across the street and the apartment is 2 blocks from the ocean; the location can't be beat. Having a driveway to park in was much appreciated, too. Linda even called to check in while we were there! It was hard to leave this beautiful place; we will be back!

We thought the unit furnishings were weak. Bed was tooo high and not easy for short people. Upholstered furniture was poor and not inviting. Looked stained, especially a large rooster pillow. Too many knickknacks! Bathroom was great and kitchen was good.
