Our cozy home is located near the beautiful Marina State Beach. The house is perfect for families or small groups with spacious living area, kitchen, counter bar, dining room, a master suite with king size bed, and three comfy room with queen size beds.
The place is comfortable and family friendly house located within 10 minute walking to beautiful sandy beach and near Monterey, Pacific Grove, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Big Sur, Carmel, Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, Pebble Beach Golf Course and Santa Cruz is just 33 miles north.
Come enjoy our beautiful area!

host very responsive and colleagues enjoyed their stay (except for the fog but not much the host can do about that!). Nice location - by the airbus stop, shopping, beach, and the new farmer's market.

Long term stay

Rented the property for a long-term stay for work in the area. Host was very flexible and accommodating and the home was very nice. Advertising was accurate. Good neighborhood.

Comfortable Beds

The house was very clean, but the pungent smell of curry is a little overpowering when you first walk in. The home has two nice televisions, but they only have internet service and most channels required a password or subscription. I sent the owner a text and never got a response, this was a little disappointing. It would have been nice to relax and watch something other than Amazon. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet.

We rented this house for 5 weeks in June/July 2021. The house was very clean, great location, and the homeowner was very responsive. He even left complimentary wine for us. We would rent here again.

Family Vacation

Clean house, prompt responses from owner. We had an issue with the internet connection and he came out that same day at night to fix it. You will need to bring your own shampoo/conditioner and soap as that is not provided for you. There are a lot of options for washing your clothes though. Easy access to Highway 1 which will take you wherever you want to go in the Monterey area. Within walking distance to Walmart and the beach.

A memorable vacation

Tuan kept the direction pretty simple. He responds pretty promptly. The house is very clean & comfortable. Everyone in the group had good things to say about the layout & cleanliness of the house. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a safe neighborhood. Thanks for the wine bottle. It was a ladies group & they missed mirrors in their rooms🤣 but thank you for everything else.🙏🏼

Very nice property

I would recommend this property to anyone. Very clean and modern. Everything worked. However, kitchen supplies are sparse. I recommend more kitchen towels and small staples like salt and pepper. I would definitely stay here again though.

Thoughtful touches and comfortable beds

Our host really made us feel at home. The place was immaculate. Most comfortable beds I’ve had the pleasure of sleeping in except my own. Our host was responsive to our request for a larger countertop oven so that we could bake during our evenings in, and we greatly appreciated it. He even left us complementary bottles of wine and passes to the Aquarium. Great location—we were able to see Big Sur and the 17-mile Drive and Christmas on the Old Fisherman’s Wharf to name just a few of our outings. Highly recommend this property and host.

Marina Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and comfy, but it was a bit too sparse. It could use a few more side tables, towels for the kitchen and bathrooms. There are two TVs but unfortunately the remote to one was missing so we were down to only one TV. May not be an issue in most cases but we planned a “stay-cation” especially with the rain and had no TV upstairs. Then the WiFi went out the day before we left (could have been the weather, but it was weak overall).

Check in is easy! Very spacious and large home. The home has everything you could need and more. Fully stocked home with washer and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook full meals! Will definitely be coming back to this home. Thank you!

The house us located near freeway and easy access to Monterey, Carmel, warf, pebble beach.

We enjoyed our stay, especially that we each had our own room. A couple of things, there was only three mugs for coffee, having at least six would be great. Instructions to the fire place, and the Tv in the master room we could not get it to work. Thank you the place was lovely, will be back for sure.
