Wonderful stay in Saratoga Springs for a horse racing weekend! Host were outstanding and the ease and accessibility of the property are great. I booked on the most desirable weekend in August so expected to pay a little more. I'd definitely book this property again!

Loved our stay at Kings Cottage. It was perfect for our romantic getaway. Cozy and comfy, our stay came to an end too quickly. Location was perfect, close to Saratoga Springs top attractions yet private and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal and the backyard was a great place to relax with the hot tub and fire pit. We highly recommend.

Nice place, great location. The hot tub was nice, plenty of cooking equipment and a thoughtful welcome basket. Host sent all the needed info about the cottage and surrounding area. I would stay again.

Great spot for a relaxing getaway

My dog and I loved our stay at The Kings Cottage. Close enough to town to be accessible (1 mile) but removed enough to feel calm. We appreciated all of the small touches — welcome basket, loads of games, hammock, and dog dish station. Would definitely stay again!

The house was super cozy and clean. The hosts were had excellent communication and provided plenty of towels, garbage cans/bags, etc. Everything was easy to find and use. Would come back stay again. Location was excellent
