This oceanfront retreat provides the perfect getaway, allowing you to relax and unwind mere steps from the beach and an assortment of wonderful community amenities. Spend your days at the beach, soaking up the sun and playing in the clear water, or take a short drive into town and immerse yourself in the fantastic culture of St. Augustine. The Coquina Condominium is a family-oriented 42 unit beachside complex. Enjoy sunrises from your condo overlooking the ocean and sunsets over the intercoastal waterway from our sundeck. There are gas grills on the sundeck, tennis courts, shuffle board and a basketball court. We also have an area with water for cleaning fresh-caught fish.

Our beautifully manicured courtyard with mature hibiscus leads out to the large open pools and then directly onto the white sandy beaches. Be sure to bring along your surfboard or fishing rod.

The Coquina Condominiums offer guests use of a pool, tennis courts, a grilling area, shuffleboard courts, and basketball courts. You'll have excellent access to Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island, and all of the public beach access points in the area. Drive just 13 miles north to the center of downtown St. Augustine, where you can tour a wealth of historic sites and sample the region's amazing food scene. Only two miles away, explore the historic and beautiful grounds of Fort Matanzas National Monument, home to a mid-18th century Spanish fort.

This was perfect stay for a girls trip! You could hear the ocean and see the ocean from the balcony! We got great weather for January especially since we were escaping the Arctic blast in Georgia! Yummy food was only a 10-20 min drive and we had the beach practically to ourselves! Definitely plan to come back! Kitchen was fully stocked and beds were comfortable! Wonderful weekend!

Beautiful Updated Condo Right on the Beach

This condo is updated very nicely. Especially in the bathrooms! The bathrooms all looked new and the design was very well done. We also loved the swing on the deck. It was a great touch and our favorite place to chill at the end of the day to listen to the waves. The space was arranged very conveniently. We appreciated all the hooks around the house to hang towels, clothes, etc. It’s a small thing but on beach vacations…you can never have enough spaces to hang towels and suits! Our girls also loved the bunk beds. We didn’t have that many guests but the second bedroom could easily sleep 6. The kitchen is equipped fairly well. The only recommendation I’d have is the dishwasher is TINY. We lived in an apartment in England for 2 years and the dishwasher was half the size of that one! We had to run two loads a day. Plan on doing a lot of dishes by hand or better yet, take advantage of St. Augustine’s incredible food scene and save yourself the work. Overall, we’d recommend this condo. It’s well designed, gorgeous views, clean, soft beds and you can’t beat the location to the beach!
