Great location and perfect for a family to stay. Close to good restaurants and shopping. The condo was very comfortable and stocked with all the essentials one would need to have a complete vacation. It was nice to see all the sights in Mexico City and come back to a place to relax and enjoy. Would definitely stay here again.

We had never been to Mexico City and were initially a bit skeptical about the claim that this was the “best location.”I’m happy to say it truly is an outstanding place to stay. The park is directly across the street, and National Museum of Anthropology is just a short walk away.Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe—which is absolutely worth seeing—is located in the historic center and is about an hour on foot or a 25-minute Uber ride away.I would definitely stay here again. There are also plenty of restaurants in the immediate area around the condo, making it especially convenient.

Horacio was fabulous. Provided a lot of great info even before we arrived and was very communicative during our stay. The condo was beautiful and had all the bells and whistles. The pool area on the roof was beautiful and provided a great view of the city. The location really is the best in Condesa as it borders Parque Espania and is only a couple of blocks from Parque de Mexico. I have never seen more parks and free space in any other major city in the world.

Enjoyed out stay

Everything was as advertised — very nice location, clean, comfortable, easy communication with Horacio, who responded quickly and helpfully. Only minor downside was construction noise next door starting at 8am daily.

Horacio was such a great host. Welcoming and supportive, with great suggestions on how to enjoy the city. The VRBO location is perfect, surrounded by vibrant parks, great food and friendly people. We'll be back!

Perfect Condessa vacation

Great management- apartment is so well equipped. Clean and quiet, comfortable beds and sofas. The rooftop with pool is such an extra place to hang out. The cool up there is the best and we often ate our lunch there. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, suite, and host!

Our host Horacio was super helpful and responsive. The suite was very modern and secure, comfortable beds and space. The rooftop pool and lounge were on par with an upscale hotel. The location was absolutely perfect: tree-lined, amazing parks, super safe, walkable to lots of cafes, restaurants, and high end supermarket. Surprisingly quiet at night, too. Hope to come back soon!

This was our first trip to Mexico City and our first international trip in about five years. The space was impeccably clean, and provided more than enough room for our family of three, which included a teenage boy. Our trip was the last week of July, and the a/c and fans provided offered us great cooling for the fifth floor; I am extremely sensitive to heat as a 50 year old woman, yet I was never overly warm (a huge plus for me). Although we didn't cook in our week there, the kitchen provided just about everything needed for decent family meals: utensils, pots, pans, spices, and oil. Horacio was fastidious and quick to reply both times we had questions. The doormen are also wonderful and kind. The location! Directly across the street from Parque España, which offers a respite from the hustle of all of the city's activities. We cannot thank Horacio enough for this comfortable stay, as he was incredibly gracious and responsive. Although parts of the condo (artwork and decor) is a bit dated, we loved our time in the space and would happily book again. Very comfortable and well-cared for. CDMX is now my favorite city in the world. Thanks again. 3
