Come stay at this beautiful Hawk Ridge condo perfectly suited for your family vacation or golf getaway! Nicely appointed furnishings and luxury amenities. Living room has a queen size leather sleeper sofa and recliners. Comfortable large beds and bunk beds. Open kitchen with all utensils and appliances you would need, linens, XL washer & dryer, flat screen TVs, fully stocked games (including poker, cards and arcade game), karaoke machine for hours of family fun, robes in the the master bathroom, a pet kennel and pet gate, high quality appliances including a George Foreman grill!

Up to 2 pets welcome at this pet friendly property! Additional charges do apply. Please contact the office at 702-345-5100 to add your pet to your stay. All pet waste must be collected and disposed of in the outside trash receptacle in a secured pet waste bag. Any guest found in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate eviction and a $500 fine.

Your stay includes a daily value of $510 in complimentary activities. Starting September 15th, 2024, every reservation of 27 days or less will automatically include free tickets to top attractions such as golfing, Zion tours, and more, offering you exceptional experiences each day of your stay.

"For stays lasting 28 days or more, please be aware that a cleaning fee will be applied at a rate of 1.5 times the standard cleaning fee. This fee is necessary to maintain the cleanliness and quality of our accommodations throughout your extended stay."

Relax and enjoy, this condo with all the comforts of a home, this is a fantastic way to travel! This condo is located in the heart of Mesquite within a few minutes of 7 championship golf courses and 3 casinos. It is approximately a one hour drive to Las Vegas and only 35 miles to St George, UT. The Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Zion National Park are wonderful day trip options.

Perfect Home Base for Exploring

Our goal was to stay within reasonable driving distance to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. This location in Mesquite was a great place for our family with plenty of space with a homey feel.

Great location for Golf

Great location for all courses in Mesquite. Easy access over to St. George, UT area for golfing too (about 50 min drive). We had four people in three condos and condos were easily walkable to see each other.

Mesquite golf trip

The condo was what we expected. There were easy to follow instructions for how to leave the condo upon our departure. The kids had fun playing the games that were there. The hot tub and pool were nice.

Everything was awesome, except the people next door parked in our spot the whole time. Did apologize when confronted when we were leaving but have a large truck and had difficult parking every time!

Excellent Property Management

We got in late and had some trouble with the door. They provided an emergency line that they answered immediately. They were able to get the issue squared away really quickly. The place was clean, and exactly how it was described and pictured. My kids loved playing in the pool and hot tub.
