Thansgiving getaway

My wife and I decided to sneak away for the holidays and couldnt have been more pleased with the destination we chose. Between the cool FL weather, the heated pool, and the laid back atmosphere of st pete/this rental, it checked all of the boxes for us. Hope to visit again!

Great get away!

Very clean and well cared for! Easy to communicate with property manager. We had a wonderful family meal in the lanai and everything worked fine. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

We headed to St. Pete’s for a wedding and wanted to find a relaxing home away from home…we found it!!! The home was very well appointed & had EVERYTHING we could have needed @ our fingertips! Heather & Dan were so kind & accommodating. Many, many thanks for a MUCH NEEDED vacation!

Outstanding Indoor & Outdoor Living Space

The listing is accurate, great attention to detail with all the comforts of home. You could easily remain at the apartment, enjoy the pool, cook if you choose to, and experience the beauty of your surroundings. We will stay again if available. We would recommend renting a vehicle for transportation to and from events.

Sweet Retreat

For our first VRBO experience & first Florida vaca not beachfront, we hit the jackpot! The outdoor space with the lovely private pool and artwork , outdoor kitchen , lanai , firepit, was perfect for relaxing as well as entertaining our other snowbird buddies. The modern apartment above was comfy & perfect for just the two of us. Enjoyed biking the neighborhood & trails & downtown & along the bay. as well as visiting some of the many local breweries . All in all, an enjoyable stay

Our own perfect paradise

Perfect for the two of us-the neighborhood is a quaint mix only blocks from the bay. It was an easy couple miles to downtown. The owners live next door, but you have the entire premises & pool to yourself. The apartment stairs are at the back, taking you up to your place over the garage. Everything was clean and modern. Huge kitchen island, comfy furniture and bed was great. Clothing space is hard to come by, but we were there 5 weeks, so had more than most would. Very nice shower and separate vanity area. Of course, I can’t say enough about the pool. I used the grill every week. Comfy seating and TV in the shade. We spent our days in the sun & water when we weren’t exploring beautiful St. Pete.

Perfect

My wife and I rented from 03/30/2023 to 04/03/2023. We were in town for a wedding in nearby Gulfport. We highly recommend this property. It is exactly as advertised if not better. The pool and outdoor area are spectacular. The upstairs apartment is very nice and has everything you need. We only wished we had more time to spend there, but we were busy with wedding activities all weekend. The property is less than 2 miles from downtown St. Petersburg, and we enjoyed walking there in the mornings to get breakfast. At nighttime we drove, and it is five minutes away. The owners are very pleasant and helpful. All in all, this is a 10 out of 10.

Fabulous Accomodations

Was a fantastic base for St. Petersburg vacation. The weather was cold so we spent more time in the apartment vs. outside. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Parking at the house was not an issue. Our first day we had a couple issues and the owner responded promptly and went above and beyond to fix/replace the problems. Our 2 adult children were with us for some of the trip and it worked. Our daughter slept on the fold out couch and son on an air mattress we brought. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. I have a bad back and it was great. The outdoor firepit we used a lot and it was awesome!! If we had warmer weather would not have left the property. Would have just hung out in the pool. Easily accessible to the expressways. Very close to downtown restaurants and activities. Of all the VRBO's we've stayed at, this by far had the best pool. Pictures do not do it justice.

Pictures didn’t do the space justice. It was a serene area that had everything you would need. The outdoor kitchen and bathroom were lovely and convenient. Everything was very clean and the communication with the host was great!

There was a folder to tell us everything we needed to know. The pool, rocking chairs, and art work was great. Very relaxing place. She didn't skimp on anything! Even had floats and nice towels for the pool.

We Loved This Place!

We were looking for a quiet place to unwind after a long Christmas season and this was the perfect spot! We enjoyed sun in the pool, watched bowl games outside, and stocked the outdoor fridge with snacks and drinks, never even having to go upstairs to the apartment for a thing except to sleep. The pool bathroom was beautiful and clean. We loved the outdoor games. The pool was amazing. The bed and pillows were comfortable. When we had minor issues finding the place and getting in (both these tired travelers fault), the host was SO responsive and helpful via text, even though she was on vacation herself. It was a wonderful stay we would highly recommend. We cannot wait to return.

Wonderful experience.

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights. We had such a relaxing time in what seemed like paradise. The property and pool were fabulous. The decor inside and outside is absolutely gorgeous. Such artistry by the owners. The copper gates and artwork around the pool were really awesome. The bed is extremely comfortable as well.
