- Very spacious Game room/Bar with access to our karaoke speaker/microphone set, tabletop games like fuzzball & air hockey
- Brand new remodeled kitchen

- Comfy living room that is SEPERATE from our Game room/Bar area
- Bar Area has a 90-degree beautiful city of Fawnskin view

- 10 minutes to Snow Valley Mountain Resort
- 2-minute drive to Gray's Peak Trail (hiking trail)
- 2-minute drive to Captain John's Fawn Harbor & Marina
- 2-minute drive to North Shore Marina Rentals (wakeboarding, water tubing, waterskiing, jet-ski/waverunners, etc.)
