Wonderful place to stay. Has everything you need Brandon was so amazing, he had all my questions answered before I had to even ask. Never had a host so involved!
The room was super cool and just right for a party of two! Great location with lots of interesting shops and the host did a wonderful job of communicating with us as well as suggesting activities to do while we were visiting the area. FIVE STARS!
I had two great meals at The Fountain on Locust. While public transportation was available, I had to utilize taxis for late night returns. Otherwise, I got my “steps” in and walked to the Dome.
Definitely planning on staying here again when I return! Safe, clean, and close to everywhere I needed to be (and I went alllllll over St. Louis and its suburbs).
Had a fantastic experience with a long term stay here. Clear communication with management, easy move in and out, and everything I could need was included.
This is my second time staying at the location and it was great. Host was quick to respond to any concerns and the facilities were well maintained. The room was exactly as advertised and the entire stay was stress free and easy.
The host Brandon always answered my questions in a timely manner. The room was very clean. The location is great &. in walking distance to a lot of little eateries -main reason for me choosing this listing was the close proximity to my son’s university St. Louis university. Will be booking this day again in the future when I visit my son“)
Cute property very clean and close to where we needed to be… however parking was an additional 15/night. I’m sure they pay for the spot for the condo so why not add this a perk to renting and not as an upgrade to the facility. The alternative was to grab 1 of 5 “free” spots or pay metered on the street parking. I had to add a credit card for “incidentals.” Like why? There was no bottled water, no snacks, no nothing so not sure what the incidentals could have been. It’s a cute industrial looking building with exposed brick and piping but when the AC comes on you can’t hear yourself think. And the most important part of any trip for me was the shower which was mid at most. Not a terrible place to stay, but I wouldn’t book again.

It was small as expected but spacious but the couch was so small it didn’t reallly feel like an area to sit and relax I. Other than to be in bed. We were close to SLU where our son was moving into so it suit our needs so thank u!!
Our stay in the Nash 213 exceeded my expectations due to the ease of check-in /check-out, cleanliness of the unit, and location just to name a few! The unit was exactly as described in the listing. The host, Brandon was amazing to deal with and explained everything we needed to know about the property including the check in/ out process in great detail. I loved that the place was stocked with everything we could possibly need. This was the first time I booked a place online and will do so in the future after this experience!
Everything was as advertised. We found it quiet and felt safe there.
We would have appreciated a better mattress to get more rest though. Also, owner probably would like to avoid an injury to a client by using carpet tape to hold the corner of the area rug down. We were very careful not to trip on it, but someone just arriving could stumble over it and fall.
Overall a very pleasant experience. Jay
Great place to stay! Definitely will stay again. Close to everything. Host is awesome! Quick to reply with any questions, that's always a plus and helpful. Great experience
