Modern, new & industrial in Georgetown
Enjoy your Seattle stay in the vibrant & artistic Georgetown neighborhood! Georgetown is truly one of the last artsy, funky neighborhoods left in Seattle - you will be a five minute walk from the many restaurants, bars, wine tasting rooms & more in the "downtown" Georgetown neighborhood. It's also kid friendly as you will see many families out and pushing strollers around.
The neighborhood is located a few miles south of the downtown Seattle core.
This is a completely private space - this is not shared. It is the bottom floor of a duplex with completely separate entrance. You have your own parking space, and the property is a mini park-like setting.
You have use of the entire space! Also feel free to use and hang out in the yard.
NOTE: This unit is pet friendly BUT I only allow dogs, and one pet only - if your situation is different, please ask before booking. I really appreciate it!
Estimated drive times to various points of interest:
Downtown Seattle: 10 min
Stadium District (Seahawks, Mariners, Sounders): 7 min
Airport: 20 min
University of Washington: 20 min
Greenlake: 20 min
This location has AMAZING access to both main highways running north and south through Seattle - you can be on highway 99 or 5 typically in less than 2 min, but you wouldn't really know you are that close!
No cats - and please only one dog allowed per stay.
NO SMOKING inside of any kind - if we find evidence of smoking in the house you will be subject to a $250 fine.
Quiet hours are 10 PM - 7 AM
