Vorsicht, unseriöser Vermieter!

Positiv - zentrale Lage in der Nähe zu Piata Unrii mit tollen Springbrunnen und Lichtershow am Abend. -Metro und Bus fußläufig -viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten -10. Stock mit toller Aussicht -2 Fahrstühle, von denen einer immer funktionierte -Waschmaschine -Spielplätze in der Umgebung Negativ !Vorsicht bei diesem Vermieter! -Klimaanlage ging im Schlafzimmer nicht-er reagierte nicht auf Nachrichten und reparierte nicht die Klimaanlage, bei täglich über 30° -Der Schlüssel brach uns im Schloss der Wohnungstür am Sonntag Abend 21 Uhr ab. Vorher war das Schloss sehr schwergängig. Der Vermieter reagierte nicht auf Anrufe und Nachrichten. Wir mussten den Schlüsseldinst holen und auf eigene Kosten das Schloss auswechseln lassen(80€). Auf Anfrage durch Fewo beim Vermieter diesbezüglich reagierte er ebenfalls nicht. Wir werden auf den Kosten sitzen bleiben. Der Schlüsseldienst wollte weitere 20% der Rechnung für eine Quittung haben!!! Diesen Ärger haben wir uns erspart. -Das Mobiliar war sicher früher schön, ist aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Klappbett fehlten mehrere Latten, sodass wir die Lücke mit einem Koffer ausgleichen mussten -Vorsicht keine Töpfe, Pfannen oder sonstige Gefäße zum Kochen! Im Backofen war eine dreckige Backform mit eingetrockneten Fett -Keine Kaffeemaschine und kein Wasserkocher! -Jeden Abend viele Kakerlaken im Hausflur und auch immer wieder in der Wohnung, wobei diese oft zu Bukarest gehören. Fazit: Vorsicht, bei Problemen kann es teuer werden!

Apartamento excelente y propietario servicial y atento

Recomiendo este alojamiento por la excelente ubicacion, limpieza, y la servicialidad del propietario. Esta cerca de todo y muy bien conectado por bus con el aeropuerto. Mi familia y yo si volvemos a Bucarest no volveremos a alojar en el.
