We love staying here. We love having a bathroom for each bedroom. Balcony and beach are great. We can put our tent right next to the water. The room was very clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

We’ve stayed at this condo before, so we were returning customers. The place was very clean when we arrived. Wonderful beach view and very easily accessible. The balcony is very spacious and has good furniture. It is very private which is nice. Corresponding with the rental company is super easy and convenient. They are very friendly and helpful. The condo is very open and spacious, plenty of room. We will definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful. The beach privacy was wonderful and great for families. The kitchen is fully stocked and was just a relief we didn’t have to worry about having certain utensils (we eat in a lot). The beds were comfy. Some downfalls included, the check in process was not smooth, but host was quick to respond. The shared spaces, specifically the pool bathroom was unacceptable IMO. Very dirty. The pool could have used some love (dead things floating) too. On the second to last day, we did start to find cockroaches in the master bathroom.Overall, I would recommend, but would also give the watch outs so renters would know in advance.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The condo was clean, beautiful, and it felt as if we had our own private beach house! The beach was so private feeling! We will be staying here again for sure!!!

Great property, great value and amazing views Centrally located loved the fact that it was a calm part of the worlds best-looking beach even though it was during memorial day weekend. This part of the beach was very peaceful

Great condo

Very nice condo. Spacious, good seating, tastefully decorated. Easy access to beach. Nice pool area. We had a couple of minor issues and Warren took care of it quickly.

Quiet beach

The condo was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach and condo was by far the quietest area of Panama City I’ve ever stayed in. The pool was never crowded nor was the beach. We really enjoyed our time at Grand Surf and plan to come back next year.

Wonderful stay at a wonderful place!

This property was just as advertised, and did not disappoint. We had a great relaxing time with lots of room to spread out, and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of being out of the hustle and bustle. We have been renting from Warren Beach Rentals for quite a few years, and they are always a call or text away, always solving any issue that might come up. Great folks to deal with!

We really loved staying here. It was spacious and a great location with beautiful views of the beach. The host was very, very prompt with responses. The rooms and restrooms were big and most of the best were comfortable. We liked that there were games in the tv cabinet and there were even some additional beach supplies like boogie boards in the outside storage bin. We were missing some pillow cases and sheets for the hideaway beds and they brought some over quickly. Despite it being a busy weekend, there was never a big crowd in or near the pool and the elevator was quick. There were a few minor pain points, when we checked in we never received the lobby/pool codes, only our room access code but there were neighbors who were able to help us out. Secondly, the floors in our condo appeared clean but left our feet black after showers. We tried to mop but the mop in the condo didn't really do much. We opted to wear sandals inside to combat that. The rest of the condo was very clean. Parking was a bit of a hassle but we made it work utilizing the paid parking lot about a mile away and left the other cars there for the weekend. Overall we had such a great time and 10/10 would stay here again!

Beautiful condo!

The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The host was great with communication. The views and beach were amazing! My only complaint is that the description said there were two double Murphy beds but there were not. There were two rollaway twin beds instead and no bedding for those so we had to go buy that. Aside from that, the stay was great!

Perfect in every way

Very secure locstion, keypad to enter parking, elevator, condo, pool and beach. Very clean and spacious unit, 4 adults and a 2 year old, plenty of room, close to everything. We vacation often and are very picky, i will stay here again. Pool area was very clean and only steps to the beach, you will see dolphins and stingrays swimming in the early mornings from the balcony. Large living area and kitchen and balcony.

Great family location

This condo was a very nice size for a large family. The view was top notch. The appliances could have been better operationally. There was only one issue with the condo above us hosing off balcony and splashing us unexpectedly while enjoying our balcony. Reported to manager and received an immediate response.
