Welcome to your perfect vacation destination! This stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, plus bunk room condo on the 14th floor of Laketown Wharf boasts breathtaking gulf views from a fully furnished balcony. With an open floor plan and 1262 sq ft of space accommodating up to 8 guests, this unit is perfect for families and friends. The condo comes equipped with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable, including a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, and HD cable.

You'll have access to all the incredible amenities of Laketown Wharf, including 5 pools(seasonal - 1 heated), 2 hot tubs, multiple on-site restaurants, a gym, a lake with nightly light shows, and even a putting green! Although we're not located directly on the beach, we're just across the street from Pineapple Willys and you'll have your private beach access with a locked gate that only guests and owners have the code to.

Please note that the minimum age to book is 21, and all guests must wear wristbands and have parking passes. The resort charges an additional wristband fee, which I will add to your reservation once you book. You'll be able to get a maximum of 8 bands and 2 parking passes. Children 12 & under do not need to wear a band.

It's important to keep in mind that Laketown Wharf is a large resort with over 700 units, and when at full capacity, elevator wait times may increase. But don't worry - the elevators have just been upgraded to make them faster and cooler for your comfort.

As such, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to provide refunds for events such as hurricanes, tornados, seaweed blooms, marine life, rip tides, resort construction or maintenance, etc. unless there is a government-issued evacuation.
