Liked the condo (it worked well for us as a couple). Trevin was really easy to work with. Easy access into the complex using the back entrance. $20.00 for each wristband was silly because it really didn't give you any special benefits. Overall we would go back.

Spring break 23

I arrived at the property and was surprised when I opened the door there was a lot of updates that needed to be made there were dirty throw pillows on the sofa, the place smelled old and moldy for two days the air conditioner was blowing out a moldy smell not to mention directly in my face in the bedroom, the televisions kept going out in the bedroom, my kids never could get the one in the living area to work. Good thing they brought their computers. Outside lights needs to be brighter being that this property is located on the side of the building. Overalls it was as pictured, need a lot of updates especially the walls and doors need to be painted. I looked for another place to stay but everything was booked up, if I could have found something else I wouldn’t stayed there.

Great stay close to the beach

Amazing hosts! Property is nice and close to the beach. The walk along to beach to Pier Park was beautiful. We accidentally forgot my husbands wallet and within hours the owners had messaged us telling us and went out of their way to meet us to return it. Will stay here again!

Catching Some Ray’s is a cozy little condo!

This condo is perfect for a family that does not like all the hustle and bustle that PCB has to offer. It is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly.

We enjoyed an amazing week at this property. Close to the beach and everything we needed. Condo was clean and very easy to check in and out. Comfy bed and quiet location just off front beach road. Highly recommend!

Cute Condo

This place was perfect for my two small boys and I. It was clean. The walk to the beach was not bad. I locked myself out at one point due to a misunderstanding with my youngest son. David and Denise came without hesitation. I’m already seeing if I can convince any girlfriends to come down this weekend with me.
