WONDERFUL CONDO! Newly remodeled for 2025.

If you are looking for 1BR condo right on the beach with full floor to ceiling windows facing the beach from every room, then you need to check out Unit 302 in Tower 4. Bright colors, two flat screen TVs, and comfortable amenities make this an excellent choice. Private bathroom access from bedroom or living room. Fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, Keurig and standard coffeemaker, microwave, and large balcony overlooking the beautiful white sand beach. Fabulous pools, poolside snack bar, and hot tubs available for your use. PLUS your own reserved beach chairs with umbrella included in your rental for no extra charge March through October.

The room was good but the guy running the chairs on the beach was lazy and very arrogant would not accommodate anything or listen to you so lazy and wouldn’t put all the chairs out so therefore the chair count would change and never set up the same changed daily and never know where you may seat at.

Vacation getaway

Perfect little spot for the two of us. On the third floor, which made it easy to get around. Perfect view of the beach beach was a big plus! Communication was great, quick responses, even allowed us to check in a tad bit early.

Relaxing getaway

We came to the beach for a relaxing getaway and to celebrate our anniversary. This condo was exactly as described and the photos do not do it justice. We enjoyed the beach chairs and pool daily. We look forward to staying here again.

Just plain dirty

We've stayed at Long Beach Resort before in another unit. There's a lot to do, many great restaurants and the beach is great, however the unit is not well maintained and smelled like a locker room, perhaps because the wet dirty mop and dustpan are stored in the same room where the AC unit is. Dirty windows and mirrors, floors, countertops, glasses and dishes. The AC filter was clogged with dirt and debris; bathroom fan needs vacuuming and tub had hair in it. The bed is sagging in the middle. We woke up with backaches every morning. Aside from all that the gulf views were great. Sorry to be so critical, we just have higher standards.

It was an ideal location. Everything about the condo was nice for two people. Has everything you need. Could do with a few undates. Overall was very good place to get away for a relaxing vacation. Would stay again.

Great vacation

Loved the condo, so beautiful. Only issue was the beach service. Last chairs to be put up and first to come down. They literally removed our umbrella from over top of us during a light shower that did not last long. I tried to reason with them but they were not nice.

Great beach getaway

Just as described. Check in was easy. Clean. Beach chairs included for the week was a plus! Close to everything you need. We had issues with the air conditioning and called Angie and she was on it right away to get it checked. We will be back!!!

Awesome !

Loved the ceiling to floors and wall to wall windows including the bedroom. It was great sleeping with the door open and hearing the ocean. The balcony was great view and only three floors up so never waited long for elevator. Apt was well equipped and very clean and homey! !! BEST food at the Hangout right across the street. Hot tub afterwards hit the spot! !!

Happy Place But in need of some serious Updates.

PCB is our Happy place and have stayed at Long Beach Resort for 20+ years. Love the location, 24hr security, the beach. Liked the separate access to the bathroom. Condo definitely needs some updates. Very dated. Bed is not comfortable. Elevator broke down early in the week and was never repaired while we were there for the week. .

Nice Condo in a great Location!

The most amazing feature is the LARGE Balcony overlooking the Beach from the 3rd floor. High enough but not too high! Cool ocean breezes prevail and allow the Wave sounds to lull you to sleep! Kitchen had everything we needed! The Hostess was very responsive to our needs! Roku TV allows you to log in to your Prime or Netflix or whatever so no need to being that Firestick with you. A wonderful time was had!

Everything exceeded expectations. Complex was wonderful. Great location, uncrowded beautiful beach. Bright beachy feel in the unit. Great bed. Quiet. Huge balcony was the best! Great view, comfortable chairs, sat for hours. 3 pools and hottub made it easy to relax. Lagoon pool was outstanding! Angie is a delight to deal with. Quick to respond and thoughtful.

Loved the condo!

Angela was great to work with and everything was as described. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed for the week. We really enjoyed the umbrella and chairs that is provided with the beach service. The 3rd floor offered a wonderful view of the beach and was low enough that we could easily take the stairs. The only issue we had was the weather, but a rainy day at the beach is still better than a sunny day at work. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Nice location

Check in was a breeze. Angie communicated all the information before we arrived. The location is great. The resort has multiple pools and hot tubs. Hangout bar and grill. The common areas were cleaned daily. No issues with the elevators, but this unit being 3rd floor. We just used the stairs sometimes. The beach service was awesome. The guys had the chairs set up every morning around 8. We enjoyed our stay and added this to our short list for next time.

Convenient Condo

The condo is perfect for couples! The location is convenient to shopping, activities and restaurants.....everything about our week was great except the mattress! My husband ended up sleeping on the floor 4 out of the 6 nights we were there...I didn't fair well either by waking every morning with hip and back pain. This will keep me from renting again and that is a shame since we enjoyed everything else!

Absolutely PERFECT!!!

This condo was not exactly as described: it was BETTER!!! Not one single complaint....as other reviewers stated, it was impeccably clean, and everything we needed was there. The decor is precious as well. We loved the 3rd floor view especially. Angie was efficient and friendly and even checked in with us after a couple of days to make sure everything was going well. We will DEFINITELY stay in this unit again! Highly recommend this for everyone. :)

Why they chose this property

If you have visited other beach front property, you will understand the benefit of having the floor plan of this condo run parallel to the beach. Both the living room and the bedroom have full floor to ceiling windows offering a view of the beach wide open from every room. The huge balcony runs the entire width of the condominium and is accessible from both rooms. The third floor view provides enough privacy while still allowing you to feel part of the beach scene just by sitting on the balcony. Also you are low enough to use the stairways instead of the elevator if you so desire.
