About this property

Easy Breezy! 5-Min to Frank Brown & Pier Park!

With plenty of room for everyone to kick back and relax, you will feel right at home! This 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home has a main bedroom with king bed on the ground floor, as well as, full bathroom. 2nd bedroom upstiars has 2 queen beds, with it's own attached bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare all of your meals. Living room has a queen sleeper. You can also enjoy relaxing on the private patio. A few beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon included for your use.



Onsite amenities include 4- outdoor pools (one heated in the winter) kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, horseshoe pits, and onsite mini golf.



*Wristbands are required and are $20 per person. Parking Passes are $25 each. Rate is increased for long stays. Ask for rate.

*Amenities include: 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis, basketball, fitness room, shuffle board, mini golf

Beach towels are not provided, guests must bring their own.

We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue.

*golf cart rentals are prohibited by the HOA*

Horizon South is just a few minutes from Pier Park, and within walking distance to restaurants, and shopping

Nikki was an incredibly responsive host and for that I am so grateful. The condo is adorable. It has all the amenities needed including Beach amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The community had fantastic amenities and the distance to the beach was fabulous. I will absolutely stay again in the future

There was loud and dirty construction going on the entire time and we could not use the front gate at all to get to the beach!!! That is the only beach access point without getting in a car and driving several miles around the property and into the highway to drive and park at the beach. Very frustrating and we were totally unaware of this construction work until we arrived on the property
