Tidewater has everything you can ask for! Our unit is comfortably decorated with lots of amenities. The balcony is perfect for watching dolphins, reading or enjoying the white sand and blue water.

Tidewater Beach Resort offers two lagoon pools with spas 4200 square feet each, heated indoor pool, pool side tiki bars, fitness center with a health bar, men and women's steam room and sauna, a 5000 square feet conference center, movie and media center, covered walkways from covered parking deck to the condo. We have seven high speed elevators to get you where you're going.

With a total of 1131 square feet of living space, this unit offers granite counter tops and 9 foot ceilings. Many extras and upgrades in the unit make it comfortable, relaxing and fun. We have a Combination Lock on the front door for your convenience. No worries with losing keys. High speed wireless internet will keep you connected, TV/DVD in both bedrooms including a 60 inch TV w/DVD in the family room to entertain you. New Fridge and freshly painted (2025); there is a washer and dryer in the unit as well.

We have TWO full bedrooms and a third 'bunk' room for the kids. There are 3 bathrooms, one for each bedroom so everyone has privacy! Our master bedroom has a king size bed and our guest bedroom has a queen bed.

For added fun, Pier Park is located 1/2 mile from Tidewater where you can dine, shop, entertain the kids or see a movie.

Area was beautiful, facilities very clean. However, the elevator situation is terrible. during checkout, you could be waiting in 45 minutes for an elevator. this could be frustrating. parking is across the road and you have to access the second floor to get to your car. Very inconvenient.

The property was great. Excellent location, close to the pier and restaurants and shops. The only downside is that the wait for elevators was very lengthy at times. Other than that, fabulous!!

As Clean and nice as expected from photos. Pleasantly surprised in fact. Beautiful beachfront location. However, the elevators and check in procedures could both do with a bit of updating.

Hard to beat a place with a balcony right on the ocean

the pictures are great at showing what you are getting. parking was easy, staff was friendly. beach and area were beautiful. Highly recommended. Be sure to take time for a dolphin cruise as there are many waiting to see. could also see pods of them swimming by daily or playing while we swam.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facility is great and has 2 large pools, hot tubs, gym, and a small store in site where you can get ice cream and Starbucks. Our room had plenty of space for all of us. The one negative thing id that all of the mattresses need upgrading, even the bunk mattresses. For a person with back issues they provide no support. Mine was much too soft allowing me to sink down almost into a hole and I’m a small person. The only other negative was very slow elevators. The property management checks on you every day and they help with any needs. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely perfect

Like others have said the elevators are the only negative to the whole property. The room was super clean and everything was perfect. Easy keypad to enter the room. Easy beach access and plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Also appreciate the amount of security on the grounds.

Quick Get Away

We had a delightful stay in this condo. It was perfect for our family of 5 and 2 guests. We have 3 daughters, and their guests were guys, so there was plenty of space for privacy for both genders. The ocean view was spectacular. The location was very convenient to Pier Park and restaurants. This was a "spur of the moment", short trip, and the owner was very accommodating in renting it to us on a short notice for a couple of nights. Most of the other properties we looked into would only rent for a week. We will definitely stay here again.

Good Unit.

Unit was clean. Linen and supplies were adequate. Nicer cookware is needed maybe a frying pan or two needs to be added. Elevators are terrible so be prepared to wait.
