The view from this ocean front condo is spectacular. It is a 2 Bedroom + Separate bunk area and has King Size Beds in both bedrooms, Twin Size Beds in bunk area, Queen Sofa Sleeper in Living Area 3 full bathrooms Washer / Dryer and a full kitchen fully equipped for vacation rental cooking and eating.

Tidewater Beach Resort is one of the newest resorts and is directly gulf front, with 636 feet of gulf frontage. Tidewater Beach Resort is one of the most exclusive resorts on the Emerald Coast located directly on the world’s most beautiful beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach.

Tidewater Beach Resort has great amenities including two huge lagoon pools (4200 sq ft each)with spas, a heated indoor pool, pool side Tiki bar, a 4300 sq ft fitness center with a health bar, a 5000 sq ft conference center, a movie theater, covered & climate controlled walkways from the parking deck plus seven elevators.

Just a short walk to Pier Park a 900,000+ square foot beach-side Florida open air shopping, dining, and entertainment complex. At least 1 guest must be age 25 to rent this condo. There is a one-time resort fee of $48 + Tax, for up to 2 parking passes and resort wrist bands paid online to the resort at least 24 hours in advance. The fee is $58 + tax if paid less than 24 hours in advance or at the registration desk on the day of arrival.

Overall. Great condo and location. It was very clean and property managers were very responsive. It took some planning and patience with elevators because the resort was a peak season, but nothing really unexpected. The condo seemed a little more “barebones” essentials than what I was use to but it didn’t ruin our time! I would most definitely stay again.

A little taste of paradise

Loved the condo. Picture prefect .It was awesome. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful, the clear blue water and the white sand. The staff was great, polite and very friendly. Grandchildren loved it . We all did. Great family vacation. We will return.

A lovely break

The condo is WONDERFUL...on the clean, beautiful beach (with 2 chairs). Comfortable furniture and beds. Easy parking and VERY HELPFUL SECURITY OFFICERS (SUV battery died, female security officer even used her vehicle to jumpstart when their jumper pack didn't work - OUTSTANDING). Overall, A GREAT VISIT! Will be back next year...

I would have given 5 stars, however there are no closets for clothing and the configuration of the shower in one of the bedrooms is so small that you can hardly move around in it.

Property was clean and the host, Johnathan was very quick to get a small problem we had fixed! The only issues we had were the cinsrant smell of weed around the place even tho its a smoke free resort and that all the pools, even inside were very cold therefore the hot tubs were full of kids whom were without an adult and the construction out front wasnt very inviting. This is all out of the control of the condo owner thi. I would def book with Johnathan again as i appreciate his attentiveness duribg my stay.

R&R / Birthday Trip

This trip served 2 purposes for me. The first half was R&R and the 2nd half my friends arrived to celebrate my birthday. They just happened to arrive the day hurricane Helene was arriving. My stay was amazing. Prior to arrival I was offered an extra day due to availability. Staff upon check in and through my stay made my friends and I feel like family. I was kept well informed of the weather with Hurricane Helene. The condo was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need! 10/10 recommend!

This is a great place!

I truly enjoyed my stay. This was a very nice unit. It’s well stocked it was clean. And it was so much bigger than I expected. There are three full bathrooms and the beds in the main bedrooms were king sized and just everything was just so nice. The tidewater is a very nice place and convenient. The parking is great. Entry is easy. Even with an elevator in the garage that was out of order they still came fast. I would love to stay in this place again. It was very nice. I recommend it highly.

Everything was great except the elevators. There was usually around a 30 minute wait each time we needed the elevator. We were on the 26th floor so the elevator was a necessity.

The condo itself was lovely, but we were disappointed to find that none of the bedrooms had an ocean viewOur stay was unfortunately impacted by several issues. We were surprised to learn upon arrival about an unannounced 50 fee. A significant challenge was the beach chair policy. We were not permitted to set up our personal umbrellas and chairs directly in front of the Tidewater property, and security directed us to a difficult-to-access area. This was a major inconvenience, as our group has multiple mobility challenges, including a recent broken foot, a torn meniscus, and post-surgery recovery, with one person also relying on a cane. The required walk was very strenuous for us."

We liked the condo. The resort wasn’t too great for the money. Parking across the street. We had to load everything a long way with no help. To many beach rules. You had to sit almost in the water or get harassing. Check in was to long. We didn’t know ahead what floor we were on. So had to fight the elevator to whole time. We are not going back. Oh they left dirty laundry behind in the condo when we got there.

Condo needs some work

Beautiful view. Bathrooms weren’t that clean. I found a dirty baby diaper under my bed. Garbage still under kitchen table when we arrived. Ceiling was leaking above couch. Fridge/freezer didn’t get cold enough. One of the showers would barely drain water. Elevators were a nightmare. Several roaches in pool. Nice condo but needs a lot of work.
