About this property

Oceanwalk Resort, Three Bedroom, Full Ocean and Beach View, not a partial view.

Three-bedroom suite has full ocean, beach and boardwalk views from balcony. Direct beach access. Not just a condo, but a resort in downtown Daytona beach. Oceanwalk Beach Resort is right on the boardwalk. Beautiful heated indoor pool, Weekend concert in Daytona Beach Clamp Shell, boardwalk shops, restaurants, movie theaters, pier, and amusement park all on boardwalk. All in easy walking distance. You will be staying right on the boardwalk.

You will stay in a upgraded Three Bedroom, Two Full Baths, Full Kitchen, 11th Floor Suite with Living and Dinning Room. This is not as rental unit. It has upgraded furnishings. Only an owner or guests with a purchased guest certificate are allowed to stay in Unit. I will pay for the guest certificated, it is included in listed price. The certificate allows up to ten people to check in.

There is direct beach and board walk access from property. This is highly rating resort. Unit has fully supplied full kitchen. Beds: King in Master, King in second room, two Double beds in third, and Queen sofa sleeper in living room. Sleeps eight comfortably in beds without using the queen size sofa sleeper. Sleeps ten with the sofa sleeper in living room. Unit has as washer and dryer. One free covered parking space included, extra parking available across street.

There are two on-site outside heated pools, one with a water slide, a separate kid's poll (but it is not heated as well as other pools), and a beautiful heated indoor pool. Three outdoor hot tubs two with ocean views. Complete exercise room, game room for teens, playroom for kids with activates.

Resort has The Turtle's Nest bar, outside next to the swimming pools. Bar inside has entertainment on some nights.

The front desk is open 24 hours a day for check-in, questions, and service.

This unit is available for check in on Friday or Saturday for either seven- or eight-nights. Check-out is on or before the next Saturday.

CAUTION UNLESS OTHERE LISTINGS SHOWS A BEACH BALCONY VIEW, YOU WILL GET AN OCEAN SIDE VIEW. OCEANWALK TWO BEDROOMS HAVE A SIDE VIEW. It is worth paying extra for a three-bedroom unit instead of a two-bedroom unit, just for the view.

The floor you will be staying in strictly controls who stay on it. It is an up graded floor.

This condo was a very nice and well maintained unit. The owner was very cumulative and extremely helpful with the check in process and verifying everything would go smoothly. We had 6 of us here and a great time was had by all.

I am not a professional renter. I purchased a vacation ownership plan that I can not use this year. I am just trying to recover some of my costs. This unit is priced well below other units at this resort

Why they chose this property

This unit is available for check in on Friday or Saturday for a seven night. If check in on Friday it is available for a eight night stay. This unit is on eleven floor. It has best view of beach, pools, boardwalk, and ocean, but high enough to be isolated from noise. From the balcony you can still see your kids in the pools or on the beach. Our kids like to watch the evening tide come in and wash away their sand castle from balcony. Unit faces the ocean so no road noise. This unit has a complete, full view of ocean, beach, and boardwalk. Some three bedroom units in this complex have river views, check the posted photos. All two bedroom unit at this resort, are side facing units with only partials side views of ocean and beach. Side facing unit can not see the boardwalk.

What makes this property unique

Staying at a resort on the boardwalk is more convenient and fun. You have direct access to beach and provides a better experience than staying in home or non-beach boardwalk resort.
