Building deck, pool and hot tub are available! Direct beach access! Ocean Vistas 805 offers elegantly decorated 2,400 sqft plus another 350 on the balcony with built-in Jenn Air grill. The Living, Dining, Master Bedroom, & Second Bedroom all have access to the large deck with beach front & ocean front views. As I've said before, "You've never stayed in a place like this and NOW is the time for those with discriminating tastes who want only the best!"

Ocean Vistas' fantastic pool deck, and state of the art fitness facilities! There is nothing else like Ocean Vistas on the beach. So if you want only the very best, this is the place for you.

At only an hour and 20 minutes from the Orlando theme parks (Disney, Universal, & Sea World), 1 hour and 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and only 1 hour to St. Augustine, the nations' oldest city, Ocean Vistas is perfectly located to enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer.

A starter kit of household essentials is provided, including trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility.

Guest have a central point of contact with Daytona Ocean Front Rentals and will also meet a host at check-in for a building tour prior to key transfer.

Check-in is from 4:00PM to 8:00PM EST. Late check-in from 8:00PM-12:00AM EST will incur a $100 service fee payable in cash onsite to the host prior to key transfer.

No check-in is allowed from 12:00AM-10:00AM EST.

Includes two parking spaces, one assigned space in north garage (6'6" max. clearance) and the other a floating space, also in the north garage.

Trailers are not allowed onsite. Please text after booking, but prior to arrival to inquire about rented offsite trailer parking.

No smoking allowed anywhere in the unit, including the balcony. If the unit is required to be deodorized due to smoking, there will be an additional $300 deep cleaning fee charged plus you could be liable for any lost rents from subsequent guests.

Pets at Ocean Vistas:
This is a “Pet Friendly” building. However, for the safety of all our furry friends, please have an updated copy of your pet’s vet records with pet’s weight and showing all immunizations are current.

No more than 2 pets are permitted in any 1 unit, no aggressive breeds are allowed, and there is an 80 LB combined size limit.

Building rules require guests to wear cover ups, shirts, & shoes in all common areas. This property is a cut above the rest. From the spacious views from the 8th floor to the underground parking. You’ll find all the amenities. April checked us in and gave a tour answering any questions & was so nice. Thank you for a great week.

Very nice place. Everything was clean, great views of the ocean/beach. Nice comfy furniture inside and on the balcony. Nice open floorplan, huge kitchen, each bedroom has its own TV, and one thing I really liked is I was able to adjust the AC to my liking during my stay (not all places in FL give renters free reign on controlling the AC during your stay). Parking was nice and easy. Property is clean and well maintained.

Superior accommodations in a great location

Very nicely furnished and equipped condominium with an oversized eighth floor balcony looking over the Atlantic. Two master bedroom suites on the ocean view side of the apartment. Parking in the building. Pool, hot tub, fully equipped fitness center. What more could we have asked for? This place has it all, and right at a mile from the pier and attractions in the center of Daytona Beach.

Beautiful condo but sketchy area

The condo was beautiful and very clean. However, we did not feel safe in the area walking around. Daytona is not what it used to be. The building was extra secure though with security on every door possible.

Beautiful and peaceful get away.

The condo was beautiful with grand beach views from the large balcony. The building amenities were spot on. Check in was a breeze and we were given a complete tour. It was only my wife and I but the whole family would have plenty of room. My only knock would be a little dust but that can be easily corrected. Thanks for making our 31 anniversary get away memorable.

The property was perfect for our stay. Location and amenities were just what we needed. The grill made meal prep relaxing while overlooking the ocean. Property managers were proactive on the few hiccups that were discovered. Only item of mention was the wine cooler not working, but not a showstopper. We’d stay there again.

A perfect week

Every part of the process of renting this property for a week was simple and great. From start to finish. We loved the added security and other attention to details. Despite minor storm damage, which was common for all properties up and down the beach, this property was immaculate. Definitely will rent again. It also helped that there was no rain over 7 days.

Great place has everything you need and most things that you want. Had couple of minor issues, nothing that affected our stay. I let April know about the issues and she offered to look at recliner, but I really was just reporting it to let them know about the issue. The dog area was very convenient, we will for sure stay again next year. Beautiful view…

Home away from home!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Ocean Vistas 805. The condo is very spacious and the building is so peaceful. If we were not on the beach or in the pool, we were on the amazing balcony! I’ve stayed at a few places where the pictures were a little misleading but this balcony did not disappoint. This condo was the perfect place to stay with our family from another state so that we could all be together. The two roll away beds were great for our teenagers. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals and thus enjoy more family time- on the balcony of course!

Daytona Stay in Oct

Condo was as expected from the pics. Kitchen was fully stocks and rental was clean. Location and amenities were great. Down the elevator and right on the beach! Great views of the water from the balcony. Property manager was great to deal with as well. Our rental was right after Fiona, so they asked to run some drying fans in the condo. A little inconvenient, but we understood. Overall, i highly recommend this rental and this rental agency. Will definitely consider staying here again!

If they charge a cleaning fee, the place should be clean when you get there.

This property was filthy. We only cooked one meal in the kitchen and had to wash all the dishes before we dared to use them. Couldn't turn the fan on in the second master because the amount of dust accumulated on the fan blades. My mom took a couple hours to sweep the floors, the first full day we were there. Food/finger nails were found on the floor around the sofa in the living room. The furnishings are in need of maintenance.

Handiecap

This property was listed as handicap accesable. It was easy to get into the and around in the property. That is as far as handiecap accesable went. There is nothing in the condo that is handicap accessable. Low to floor beds, toilets and no grab bars. showers were not handicap accesable. the deck had a ledge that had to be crossed. No handicap parking in the parking garage. I am 100% disabled and I was mislead whit the info on VRBO. We left a day early because I was tired of having to be helped off of the low bed and off of the low toilets.

Great Condo

This condo was absolutely beautiful. We were so impressed with the balcony and spent much of our time out there. The room was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked; there were even spices already there for us to use! The check-in process seemed a bit hectic just because we needed to wait for a group to finish their tour before we could enter the parking garage. We were earlier than our anticipated arrival since we drove, but we were traveling with 4 children 7 and under, so waiting in the car was difficult. We did hear from the group who toured after us that they were annoyed with the wait time, too. Maybe there could be another person conducting tours on check-in day...? Other than that, our stay was fantastic! There were beach towels and several beach chairs/toys available within the condo. You do need to supply your own dish soap, laundry soap, and toilet paper, but we expected that. The condo complex was gated and felt very secure. We did not hear any activity from neighboring condos and found the property to be gorgeous.
