Relaxing beach home only 300 feet from beach. Screened in outside porch facing ocean. Newly remodeled, 5 beds, 1 pullout couch. Equipped with all accommodations. Downstairs area with BBQ Pit, large table for 10, outside shower, and descent size yard. Also view of Swan Lake on Bay side with Crab Pier for crabbing.
Bring Beach towels, chairs, sunscreen and be ready for a good time.

What a great place for a New Year's getaway! The house was clean had everything we could possibly need to be comfortable and the beach was within steps of the house. If your a birder, be sure to cross the highway and check out the bay side, and a drive down Crab Road in Surfside at low tide is sure to yield some rails. We LOVED our stay and hope to come back.

We really loved sitting on the porch watching the waves and cars getting stuck in the sand. Loved having the screened in section so the kids could avoid the mosquitoes. Beautiful home!

The property was very accommodating we love the entryway mud room as we traveled with two pets property was very comfortable we would love to stay somewhere with a king bed but we were quite comfortable the only issue we had was with the smell of the sulfur in the water but apparently that is on all Surfside close and beachfront properties

We had a great trip. The home was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean and well stocked. It was literally steps to the beach. We loved the porch and the view. Owner was very helpful & responsive from first inquiry. Property was clean with cute seaside decor, new rain showerhead in master bath. Plenty of room to host large groups & the large outdoor covered patio added extra entertaining space. Very short barefoot walk to beach entrance with dogs. Many options to eat, Beach Front Deck & Seahorse Bar. Definitely recommend this property and look forward to our next time. Thanks so much!
