Kitchen features Granite Counter tops and Bar Top Table. This makes a great place for guest to relax and enjoy the chefs company while cooking.

Full equipped kitchen with tow fridges idea for large group gathering. Cooking utensils, dinning wares, small appliances such as wafer maker, sandwich toaster, electronic indoor grill / Panini Press are provided.

The house is decorated beautifully with paintings from living, to hallway, into each bedroom. All bathrooms are furnished with granite counter top and spacious cabinet.

Open space under house is perfect for hanging out, BBQ and enjoying the cool ocean breeze.

Bay views from the spacious cover back deck. The perfect place to watch the sunset and the birds feed. Feel the ocean breeze and watch sun rise from the large covered front deck.

Gated front deck is kids friendly, motion sensor flood light & light rope decorated on staircase provide extra lighting in the evening.

Every bedroom is furnished with pillows, pillow shams, bed covers, sheets, blankets, and comforters. Bathroom towels, hand towels are provided. Linens are provided free to use, just remember wash them at your departure to leave clean linens for next guest. Cots and air mattress stocked inside laundry room to provide extra sleeping capacity.

Since 2018, we have done lots of improvements to this property: put on new shower unit, new sofa set in living, new washer/dryer and extra washer in laundry room, extra fridge in kitchen. New AC system ( air compressor and air handler) has been installed since 2018. New beddings (comforters and sheets) are in service since early 2019. New filtering system has been installed for entire house on Mar 2019. The filter cartridge is designated for removing sulfur & iron from well water. Water will be run through the filtering system before it getting into the house. We will continue to keep up with our properties to provide better and comfortable environments to our guests.

The house is furnished with Direct TV over 200 channels available plus local program, and DVR up to 100 hours so you can record your favorite TV show while you have fun on the beach!

Beach toys are stocked in laundry basket downstairs.

Check in 4pm, check out 11am; some flexibility may be possible if no back to back rental going on arrival or departure day, but must be cleared by owner.

Trash pickup: Monday and Thursday.

Minimum age of responsible party is 22. Chaperon must supervise prom or graduation party.
