Shaded parking underneath the building. Easy access to local shopping and entertainment. Walk right onto the sand, cruise on a short drive around the island or down scenic Bluewater Hwy or rent a golf cart and take it open-air on the dedicated golf cart path nearby.

Stunning view!

We were looking for a in short, midweek, getaway and this condo was the perfect fit. Matt was quick to answer any questions that I had, and once we arrived at the condo, we were surprisedby how beautiful it truly is. The pictures do not do it justice. This condo had everything that we needed, and the views could not be beat. Will absolutely stay there again.

We had a few days late in July and we were lucky enough to get into Sunnyside this front row condo in Surfside. Check in was easy with the lockbox onsite. Clear instructions in the communication from the owner. The condo was well apportioned with cooking utensils, smart tvs, multiple AC units so every room could be at a different temperature, and even an assortment of stuffies in the bunkroom for the kiddos. In Surfside fashion be sure to bring a bucket and flashlight to look for ghost crabs on the beach once the sun goes down. We cought the biggest crab ever this trip.Everything worked and we had a great time. We are already looking at calendars dates for bext year to come back and book this location again.

Loved our stay!!

This property was recently redone and well kept. It was clean and very well stocked. It was a great fit for our family! We brought our own golf cart and loved that it was close to the beach access for us to be able to take it down to the beach. Will stay here again!

Great beach getaway!

We had previously only made day trips to Surfside, but I wanted a little weekend getaway and this place was perfect! I loved waking up to the sound of the water! The bunk bed setup was perfect for my daughters and we loved being able to have a home base at the beach. Property Manager was prompt with a minor issue in the bathroom. I would definitely rent again!

Located right on the beach, great views, and very comfortable. This place accommodated 6 with ease. great kitchen with everything you need. This property was perfect for the vacation we needed. Situated just behind the dunes, the balcony views were perfect. Check-in and out instructions were simple and clarification on one item was provided instantly. Kitchen had all we needed except a baking sheet. We stayed Weds-Sun and only dealt with a crowded beach on Sat night. Not to shabby at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Great beach vacay!

We stayed here for 3 nights with our two young children. The place was great! Wonderful views of the beach! Well stocked with everything we needed. Very thankful for Netflix, amazon prime, etc on the TVs and TVs in every bedroom and living room! My only negative thought is the walkway to the beach was a very narrow sand path with lots of overgrown grass in the dunes and a broken piled up fence at the end that requires us to lift the beach wagon up to get around. Otherwise, this was a perfect beach spot! Would stay again.

Perfect Family Beach Trip

We could not have asked for a better location. Our family wanted to take a quick trip together, all six of us, before my oldest goes away to college. This property was perfect for us. It allowed us to all be together, comfortably. The home is located just steps from the beach. It was so convenient, and so perfect. Surfside is such a charming town. The property owner was so helpful, and accommodating. He Quickly responded to all of my messages, while planning the trip. I loved the four days that we spent there, and I'm daydreaming about coming back.

GOOD PRICE.AND SUPER BEAUTIFUL.WE LOST POWER THE NIGHT BEFORE CHECK OUT BUT MANAGER SO PROFFESSIONAL TO KEEP US UPDATED. THE ONLY THING I DID NOT AGREE WITH. WATER HAD A METAL SMELL. AND CLEANING PERSONAL CAN DO BETTER.

2nd Time Around

This is our 2nd time in this same townhouse. Positives: The place is wonderfully decorated in a beach theme. The living room furniture and beds are comfortable. The kids lower bunk mattress is the best in the house. Check in and out steps are easy. The Management company was quick to respond. The view is amazing. There are two walking bridges on location that go directly to the beach. Weekdays are very chill on the beach. Weekends are busy but we don’t mind. You’ll need to bring bug spray, lighter, can of WD-40, water bottles for beach and plastic wrap or containers for food storage. They have plenty of plates, bowls, pots, pans and such. Limited on drinking and wine glasses. Coffee maker is pods or pot, bring your own coffee, sweeteners and creamers. Not so Goods: The lower patio “sliding” glass door doesn’t slide well. It takes a strong adult person to pry it open. My husband got tired of opening for us over and over. We wished we’d had a can of WD-40 with us. The water is smelly especially when you first turn it on. There is a reverse osmosis spout in the kitchen for drinking water or B.Y.O.W. Lastly the second bedroom smells really musty. It was like that both times but worse this time round. All in all it’s a great little place and more affordable than most when it’s just your family paying the bill. We can deal with a little smelly water over feeling broke and WD40 will help with the sliding door. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there for a 3rd time.

Beach view was spectacular from the balcony with 4 tall chairs that sat you above the railing. Stairs to the beach were 5 yards from the back door. Convenient water supply and hose to rinse off sand from the beach.

Perfect beach getaway

Absolutely amazing stay, the home was clean and comfortable with many thoughtful amenities and charming decor ! All of the ocean view balconies with plenty of seating to enjoy the scenery. It was so nice to walk out of the beach house almost straight onto the beach! The host was very responsive and helpful. We will recommend this highly to friends and will definitely be back!
