Only toilet paper in the toilets due to septic. No bait in the refrigerator. Hose off sandy bodies when returning from the beach. ;-)

I would def stay here again! The house is steps away from the beach, nice area with the restaurant/bar within walking distance. The house is very clean, smells good & very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Check in/ out was a breeze and John responds to texts promptly with helpful info. Thank you for a great birthday getaway! don’t forget the mosquito spray!

The house was the perfect size for our family. Had everything we needed & more. The walkway to the beach is right across from the house. There is a bar & grill steps away with live music on the weekends. We’ve been coming to Surfside once or twice a year for about 10 years & this is definitely the most convenient location we’ve stayed.

Property was very clean and well maintained. The walk to the beach was very short but if you need to pull a wagon you had to navigate going up and down steep stairs on the board walk and there was no other way due to houses on the beach side having their own private boardwalk to the beach.

The balcony was perfect. It had plenty of seating and you can see the house from the beach. We brought our beagle and we could keep an eye on her while she slept in the shade on the balcony.

Cant beat the location. Beach and bar within 50 feet of the house. Nearby shops for anything you forgot. The host was easy to contact and even let us check in early. We will be coming back.

Close to the beach

We enjoyed our visit! The house had everything we needed and it was a 3 minute walk to the beach. Enjoyed the view and our long walks on the beach.

Hey Kathryn I am glad you enjoyed your visit. But if it was a 3 minute walk to the beach then you must have been using the wrong ramp over the dunes as our walking bridge is directly across the street.
