PET FEE: We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Our home welcomes pets for an additional $80 fee per pet.
NO SMOKING: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal.

Location is just a few blocks away from Seattle Children's Hospital. We come down regularly and have stayed at this location twice now. Will look to rent again for next trip. Markets and shopping within close proximity along with the park right across the street. Everything is provided for a few nights stay. Host is great at communicating before, during and after.

Great place. Very urban vibe. The home was clean and welcoming. Extremely well stocked. Modern appliances that functioned perfectly. Lots of extras. It is on a major arterial street and there is a fair amount of street noise but the host has done a lot to dampen the sound. We had great communication with the host who checked in with us by email to make sure we were happy with everything. It was a great place to stay and we will reserve it again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous bnb. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect. We were right off of the Burke Gilman trail and minutes from the UW campus. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Very comfortable home with a great kitchen and eating area. It has a lot of stairs, if that is an issue for you, but we didn't mind it. Also, it's on a busy street, but you don't hear the traffic noise much. We liked that there's a wonderful grocery store within an easy walk.
