A lovely home in a nice neighborhood. The house was clean and we appreciated the little touches like the coffee machine and snacks. The refrigerator and kitchen were perfect for our family with young kids.

Beautiful house, great location

This townhouse was wonderful! Close to UW and Seattle Children’s and across the road from a great playground. The house was very nice inside and had everything we needed.

Excellent Location for Children's Hospital

The property was very clean and well appointed. It's location made it very easy to walk back and forth to Seattle Children's Hospital during my grand-daughter's stay.

Amazing Home near UW

This home has extremely organized & convenient check-in. Parking was easy and accessible to the front door. The proximity to UW and amazing shopping at University Village is outstanding. The safe and secure location was very comforting after our long road trip. The internet was super fast compared to ours in Canada :) The accommodations were luxurious and clean. We highly recommend you stay here. Thank you Nick for a great vacation stay in Seattle UW area.

Great location

This home is great location, no hilly areas. Clean, well supplied kitchen and everything is easy to use. Water pressure is great on all floors. The host is very friendly and responsive. I would advise you to make sure that you are able to use stairs. The first floor is just living room with TV, Second floor is kitchen and half bathroom and the two bedrooms are on the third floor. Also there is a lovely rooftop terrace on fourth floor with outdoor cushions and grill. Nice area to enjoy sun!!

Great visit with UW student

We were in Seattle to visit our daughter who is at UW. The house was lovely, well stocked, CLEAN, and wonderful proximity to campus, shops, and restaurants. Parking directly in front of the house was no problem. It was very hot in Seattle that week so we were incredibly thankful for the AC. However, it should be noted that there was no AC in the 2nd bedroom so people drew straws for the "hot" bedroom. There were multiple fans that could be used in the room though. Other than that, everything was perfect and we certainly hope to stay there the next time we visit!

Amazing Location With 5 Star Accommodations

My two best friends and I stayed here for a week long trip to Seattle/ Tacoma. We traveled all over the area, including Olympic National Park and Mt Rainier National Park. This location was perfect for visiting both the cities and the parks! The home is clean, warmly lit, and perfect for 2 or 3 friends, but you could have probably up to 5. The standout part of the property is the above and beyond amenities present. Some things of the top of my head that are present: air fresheners, many different kitchen appliances, changes of sheets, extra blankets, flushable wet wipes, hair drier (and hair straightener), sleep noise machines, plug in fans, streaming services on the TV, and the list could be longer. There is close access to highways and this home is almost on top of the beautiful UW campus, which I highly recommend checking out. The owner is super friendly and responds quickly if you need anything! They also checked in once just to make sure everything was going great! In summery: if you are like me and visiting from somewhere far away, you will not be disappointed if you stay here for your trip to the PNW/ Sea-Tac area. 10/10, would stay here again!

The property was just one block from Seattle Children's Hospital making it very convenient for appointments. There was a nice separation from the living room and bedrooms that allows for resting quietly.

We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous bnb. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect. We were right off of the Burke Gilman trail and minutes from the UW campus. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We had an incredibly enjoyable stay at your home in a lovely neighborhood near the UW campus. We moved our daughter into UW this week and this made for a perfect stay. The place was conveniently located. I stayed there with my husband, two grown up kids and our service dog. I have just two complaints- 1. The dishwasher was not emptied, and half of the dishes were dirty. 2. There was no extra comforter for the living room sleeper sofa.

Perfect for a college visit

Awesome property around the corner from UW

Our location was excellent for the plans that we had: to see areas east and north of Seattle as well as the Tacoma and Gig Harbor area. About 30 minutes to the airport on a Friday morning at 8 AM (not bad). The property owner was very quick answering questions we had. There’s a small park across the street as well as a bus stop for those that don’t have a rental car or are not fond of Uber or Lyft.

Great stay for work

I had a month shift at seattle childrens and the location of this place was perfect, literally a 5 minute walk away. This place is a good location for exploring seattle. Has a full kitchen stocked with the basics and the three floors of the house made it nice for my friend and I to work opposite shifts without worring about waking up the other.

Excellent location to Seattle Childrens

We were in Seattle to support our granddaughter and parents while having a procedure at Seattle Children’s. The location was close and convenient. Easy walk to the hospital and plenty of space for family to relax and be together. The property managers were easy to communicate with and quick to reply.

Very clean great hosts lots of stairs

Our stay was good but the location is on an extremely busy road and we used the fan to mitigate the noise. The place is in 3 levels lots of stairs. Not a big problem for us but good to know. We paid $422 a night and it’s now $158 a night. I think at $158 a great value not as good for us with all the other fees, taxes etc.The hosts are excellent and the kitchen is well stocked
