Beautiful space but extremely noisy and maybe not ready for prime time
Starting off with the good things. The space is beautify. They did a great job renovating the space and it’s unique. There were several items available including coffee, silverware, towels and sheets. We got a breakdown of where to park, Wi-Fi, and security codes from the property owner. There are a few quirky things like the heat is outside of the space but that was fine with us. We could also bring the dogs which was a bonus.
There were a few issues though. The entrance was difficult to find and wasn’t lit so when we arrived at night we couldn’t find the keypad. Inside it looked like it was just painted as all of the windows were wide open and fixtures were still covered. There were only a couple of trash bags and toilet paper rolls and no hand towels so make sure you bring your own stuff. The comforters are thin so if you get cold bring your own blankets which leads me into my biggest issues.
The biggest issue we had was the noise level. The windows are super thin and you can hear everything outside. When I say everything I mean everything. A car driving by sounds like a it’s in your room. People hang out outside the window sound like they are right there. That’s fine during the day but not at 2 in the morning. They also let in a lot of cold air hence the need for extra blankets. The walls are also paper thin. We could hear everything next door and the neighbors were super loud and stayed up all night. Even at 7 in the morning they were blasting music. Definitely bring ear plugs if you are staying here
It’s a beautiful space and if you are going to be out often it’s fine but don’t expect a quiet space.
