Great get away

Property was as pictured, was convenient to the catwalk from the parking garage, and the front desk. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Wi-Fi, and internet service in general left a little to be desired.

Perfect location

Absolutely loved having the 2nd floor convenience and not having to wait on the elevators. This unit is BEAUTIFUL and offers an amazing beach view. It came with everything we could have possibly needed for our stay.

Not sure how to rate this. Two part answer

Our stay was good as always. We stay at tidewater at least 3 times a year renting condos from all different people. As for condo cleanliness I give a 5* very clean. As for outdoor hot tubs 0** very poor they were green with algae. Indoor pool needs a real good cleaning walls and floor green as well needs scrubbing. Now for the maintenance dept in charge of vacassa condo repairs. I complained about toilet seat pretty nasty needs new. Patio door lock bent broken looks like it was like that for some time. The morning after we arrived I complained about bedroom door hinge screws falling out stripped. Had to lift sagging door off floor to close. I complained 3 times by email 2 other times by phone. Was told there working on it by some lady that answered. Was also told to be patient by same person by text mess. We checked in on Nov 8th and checked out today nov 15. Nothing ever done. The door is definitely a safety issue that I told the lady and still nothing
