Beautiful property! Could use more cooking supplies, dishes, etc, but overall very happy with the condo and resort! Clean, huge, and beautiful views. Tidewater is our favorite resort.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd time staying in Tidewater 1908. The unit is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I noticed some complaints about the elevators, but we have never had an issue even though we were on the 19th floor. Move in day is busy, but once we’re in, everything went smoothly. We really appreciated the included beach service. We will be back!

What is pictured in the listing is exactly what you get. The place was perfect for our family of 4 travelers. Loved that the 2nd bedroom had 2 separate beds.This is the first condo I've stayed in that included beach service. We really appreciated the 2 chairs that we were able to use plus there were 2 additional chairs in the utility closet.Communication was clear leading up to our visit and check in was very smooth. If I get to plan another PCB Vacation, I will stay here again.

Room wasn't very clean and comforters were soiled. we checked in late but called and the cleaning service was there the next morning to clean and all was taken care of. Oher than that. I have no complaints. All appliances worked well. The kitchen was stocked better than most places with cooking and baking dishes. The beach is beautiful and loved the view from the room. The 3 pools were great. I cannot comment on the theater and exercise room for we did not utilize them but the appeared to be in complete working condition. I would have given this place five stars except for the cleaning. The host was good with communication. Yes we would recommend this place and hope to return. We had a wonderful vacation.

Spring Break Trip 2025

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was very clean and we had everything we needed right on spot. ( basic things ) It was just as pictured. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying in this condo this year. Both times it was very clean, this time we did notice that underneath the couches there was a lot of sand. It would be nice to have an extra roll of toilet paper (especially when you have to book for a week) only one roll per bathroom was given. Also one of the beds in the 2 bed room kept banging against the wall when simply sitting down. My main concern is that the door doesn’t have an actual lock. And also the door code DIDN’T CHANGE. We stayed in July and then again in August and both times the door code was the exact same. That struck me as very unsafe! I also had messaged the host while staying asking for the new garage door code (the one provided in the email was wrong) and they replied they would look into it. To which I never heard anything back. I messaged again and they replied they would get back to me soon. I never heard back, and asked the ladies at the front desk instead. The property itself is great, very large pools & heated indoor pool. The chair service was amazing and convenient to have as well!

Great long weekend at the beach

What an awesome time we had at your condo!! From a smooth reservation and check in process to an easy check out process. The condo was as described in the listing and was clean and tidy when we arrived. Beds are comfy and kitchen had all we needed for our stay (we did not do any major cooking) Thanks for sharing you little piece of happiness with us.

Nice property

This was a very nice property. The condo was amazing! The facilities were nice and clean. The pools were great! The only thing that causes a few problems were the elevators. They were not air conditioned and the wait times were 15 plus minutes at best and 45 plus at the worst.
