The views from the living room are absolutely breathtaking, it allows you to see the stunning beach in a whole new way.

A fully equipped kitchen is available for eating in with seating for 3 at the breakfast bar and seating for 4 at the dining table.
Washer and dryer & wifi offers all the conveniences of home along with the resort amenities like out door swimming pools & hot tubs, indoor swimming pool & indoor hot tub, fitness center, and sauna. The BBQ grills are located near the east pools; street side.

Really liked how spacious the one bedroom was and the layout of the unit. Please note that the water dispenser would often leak when the freezer door was opened and we had to wipe up the water that puddled on the kitchen floor.

Overall, we had a wonderful time! Everything pictured is what was at the condo. The host were wonderful! The view was amazing! The only thing we did not like about Tidewater was the elevators… it took forever to get up or down… we took the stairs most of the time.

Great location and wonderful view! The unit was clean at check in. It is located close to an elevator. This was the perfect place for our week away at the beach. As of mid July 2025, there were renovations happening at the building next door so there was construction noise on weekdays, but it was merely a mild inconvenience. Overall I would stay here again. Four Star Condos was a pleasure to work with offering great customer service.

Great condo

This condo was perfect for me and my husband for our getaway. The view from the balcony was great with the ocean and the pool views. The room had everything we needed. It was just us but could easily sleep a family with the additional bunks. We liked that there was 2 outdoor hot tubs as well as 2 indoor hot tubs since the pool water was a little chilly for me. On site restaurant was nice and had great nachos! We would definitely stay here again!

Everything with the condo was exactly as described. Very clean and well supplied. We loved the balcony view. The only negatives were the broken and slow operating elevators. This was frustrating at times when carrying heavy items.

Week stay!

The only issues I had were with the television not working but maintenance fixed the issue immediately. Only other minor issues were the elevators being down during our stay and to catch one we waited a long time. Also, the pools were extremely too cold to swim in comfortably so we did not swim in the outdoor pools at all. Over all it was a good location and perfect beach access. Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect get away for a great price

Everything was great. Unit was clean everything worked properly. The building was in good shape. Never ran in to any rude staff as I read and other reviews. Elevators on the east and west end are usually a little less of a wait as to be expected in a 30 story building. Will definitely be booking direct with the host next time.

Stay was great. Thank god the condo is on a lower floor. The elevators are a disaster but that is no control of the condo owner. With the unit located on a lower floor it was not as bad as it would be any higher. Room was clean and efficient for what we need for a family of 5.

Enjoyed our beach stay

We enjoyed our stay at the beach at this unit. Our only complaint was the elevators. This is a huge facility with several elevators. Unfortunately, during peak times, the wait for an elevator was extremely long. We had to wait 45 minutes for an elevator just to return our luggage cart. Also, atleast 2 of the ~9 elevators were closed the whole time we were there. This unit is one the 5th floor, so the stairs were our go to when the elevators were too busy.

Thunder beach rally

This is a corner unit that has a AWESOME view of what we wanted ocean and street to watch the motorcycles during the rally. The unit has everything you need during your stay we did not cook due it being a short stay .Elevators were not a issue like most reviews we just used stairs that was right outside our unit. Never waited long when we did use them.Parking garage was also great for our motorcycles. Only negative thing I have is the living room chair and dining table are worn some and should be replaced but definitely would not stop us from staying here again..THANKS for a GREAT rental transaction!!

Family trip 2023

We take an annual trip to the beach with our kids and grandkids, this was our first time at the Tidewater. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip! I will say we read the reviews about the elevators and while yes they are a nuisance, we never waited 30 minutes like some reviews stated. We had 2 condos, one one 5th floor and one on 3rd floor, we did use the stairs quite a bit. One of the hot tubs was out of order, and the other one stayed packed, that was a bummer for us. The ocean was full of seaweed but we still enjoyed the sounds of the waves and the breeze. This condo is in the middle of the action and was definitely reminiscent of the old strip when trying to get anywhere, but anyone that has been coming to PCB for any amount of time has come to expect this. We were pleased with our family vacation!

Floor was really dirty upon arrival. Our feet showed that just after a little while. The pool....ugh. It was filthy. It had balls of hair, dirt, bread, and other gunk. It was just really filthy. We had to get out of there. The indoor pool was nice. It was clean, just some sand on the bottom which is to be expected. The view is nice and it's in a good location. If you are higher than a few floors up, you will wait and wait for the elevators. I really don't think we will be returning though.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Weekend was beautiful but we won’t book thru Four Star Condo Services. First, we had to pay over $37 to park in the garage (only place to park). Then had to pay an additional $25 dollars to check in 55 minutes early. I understand this was in the contract but it’s ridiculous! Then we had to pay $50 to rent chairs on the beach for the day! We’ve never had to pay for those! All the elevators took forever due to the end elevators not working-those would not be repaired til the fall accdg to the front desk! We’ll stay away from this rental company from now on.

The condo needs a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean. The bathroom is poorly lit, the plastic shower curtain had mildew. Dust was so thick on the fabric curtain hooks it was hanging down, and some were broken.As most reviews state, the elevators are terrible so luckily this unit is on the 5th floor. The condo management company was awful. I never received the access code for the condo. We were unable to enter the condo upon arrival. After 45 minutes we were finally in the condo. The code was given to my friend’s husband over the phone. We were unable to access the condo on Friday after a day down at the beach. Called and was able to get a code. No apologies offered.

Reviewer Comments: I have tried emailing & this rental agency Four Star Condo & Tidewater themselves numerous times for issues we had during our stay @ Tidewater 518. Tidewater did respond & said we had to contact rental company wo any luck. The unit we did like w it being a corner unit with gulf front view which we'd never had however the master bed was awful! A sag in the middle of bed & cldnt lie on either side bc u rolled to middle. Had to fight all night - 1st night & ended up on couch. My husb & I took bed apart next morn & put anything we cld find including pots/pans from kitchen to brace slats. It wasn't mattress it was the support. I let the rental company know in email that there was kitchen items etc under bed bc that worked/helped tremendously & that the 1 bath commode ran the whole time we were there wo any return email or call. So needless say do not use company or rent this condo! Afterwards saw reviews about how bad master bed & couch bed were - we never used couch bed so idk.
