THE PERFECT STAY

1-Bedroom/1 Bathroom condo in the most exciting area of Miami Beach. Balcony and Ocen View. Kitchen fully equipped.

In the corner of 20 street and Collins Ave one of the best area of South Beach!

The kitchen is fully equipped and prepared for use. Please advise, should you require additional private chef services, exotic car/boat rentals, or cleaning services. The bathroom is stocked with toiletry products for your personal needs.

GUEST ACCESS:

ACCESS CARDS: $100 EACH PER ADULT PERSON/PER STAY.

AMENITIES ACCESS CARDS ARE CHARGED $100 per person/per stay
The ACCESS CARD will allow you to:
- Roam freely around the building and HOTEL.
- Use elevators.
- Direct access to the beach and towel service.
- Use of the 3 main pools (1 currently under construction)
Rooftop pool NOT INCLUDED.
- Towels at the pools.

ACCESS CARDS:
- They are requested in advance , 5 office days before check-in, otherwise they will not be able to count on the cards. WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.
- They are paid upon request. Cards are not issued without payment. WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
- To issue cards is needed: FULL NAME AND PHOTO (without sunglasses) of each adult +16 years old who will be staying. Kids don’t need a card.
- If you request access cards once you ARRIVE in the building or 1 DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL, you will not receive cards. WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.

Access cards give you the ability to roam freely through the building and Hotel, as well as access to amenities within the building:
-3 Main Pools (1 is currently under construction) - Rooftop pool NOT included
-Beach Access - receive owner rate of $10/beach chair (non-owner rate is $100/chair)
-Spa (call/visit Spa directly for pricing)
-Gym access is additional. $35/day for guest pass
-Laundry machines (card for machine can be purchased in lobby)
-Parking on site ($28-$55per day) - please request in advance!

Additional amenities:
-Daily cleaning (not included but can be requested for an additional fee)
-Gourmet chef service at home or frozen gourmet menu (to-go) available upon request

Home Rules:
-No smoking (a fine will be charged)
-No parties
-No pets
-No loud music/noise after 10PM

Early Check in & Late Check out are extra charged $ 150.- each (upon request & only if the unit does not have prior or post guests).

**Certain reforms are being carried out in the building in general areas. There will be staff to assist and guide the guests all the time**

The building is currently under renovation. Annoying noises might be caused between 9AM and 4.30PM.
~ There are 3 main pools. One of them is under reconstruction. You can use the other 2 pools of the Hotel. (The Roof top Pool is NOT included)

Wonderful long weekend!

Great location connected to the 1hotel. Patricia and Martin were very responsive and the unit was spacious and well decorated/stocked. The Rooney Palace workers were really nice as well. Only one key card is needed for 1 pool access. We would love to come back!

Great girls trip

My bestie and I enjoy 5 lovely nights of south beach. The apt us clean, renovated, spacious and has a great view of the water. The bed and bedding was comfy and the staff was very friendly. The concierge, Patricia was sweet as could be and helpful. The construction is still going on during the week days but I didn’t even really notice after a day.

There is extremely loud construction that you can hear at pool and beach

Beautiful but the very very loud construction makes it impossible to use pool or beach until June 2023 and same goes for 1 Hotel. But they dont tell you!!

Access cards must be paid upon request. Once you book, info will be sent on how to request access cards. Access cards must be requested and paid for 5 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. If pictures are sent while you are in the building or 1 day before arrival, we will not be able to accommodate your request. No exceptions.
