Take advantage of this first time ever special with a 2 night minimum in the month of April. Picture yourself enjoying your next vacation at this newly renovated 3 bed/2.5 bath home. 4 min to beach & town. Cathedral ceiling living room with wood burning fireplace. Sunroom with large sectional and 65" SmartTV. Dining room for 10. Fully equipped kitchen with full sets of indoor and outdoor dinnerware, drinkware, and serving pieces. Gorgeous queen guest room with ensuite bathroom featuring new tub/shower combination. Sunny third bedroom with twin over full bunk beds & additional twin. King master suite with daybed, tv, & office area. Loft w/60" SmartTV & queen sleeper. Water view deck w/dining table, umbrella, and 3 sun loungers. Full basement with pool table, ping pong table, and shuffleboard court. Outdoor shower, brand new washer/dryer, bikes, kayaks, Wifi, and A/C. Books, games, and puzzles for adults and kids. High chair, pack-n-play, and kids dinnerware. Huge lawn, brand new Weber gas grill, picnic table, and Solo firepit. Deeded Access to Oyster Pond. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Down a little path to the water. Please Note: Between June 22nd - August 31st only 7, 14, or 21 day reservations (Saturday-Saturday) will be accepted. Labor Day weekend is an exception and can be extended to cover the holiday.

Guests can contact me 24/7 by phone or by text. I will check in at least once a day to see if you need anything.
The primary renter of this home must be 30 years of age and must submit proof of age. Any reservations made to individuals under 30 will be cancelled.

Young children must be supervised outdoors at all times as there is wildlife in the area.

Fabulous place!

The house is gorgeous, well equipped and just overall wonderful!!! Kitchen so well stocked and great cookware, dishes, etc. Owner is very thoughtful and readily available if needed. My husband and I and his parents couldn’t have been happier with everything!! Shuffleboard and ping pong were a blast on rainy days. The area is so charming, we will definitely be back!!

Chatham Bunny Haven

The home had everything you could want & so much more. It was spotless, lots of amenities. Plenty of room for my son & family of 4 & us!!! We were close to downtown Chatham, fish pier & lots of wonderful restaurants!! Nearby too many beach choices. It was just a wonderful week for our family!!

About the host

Hosted by Ardys Persson

Ardys and Mark live in Southport, CT. They have a blended family with 5 grown children and 2 dogs between them. Ardys does design and planning, while Mark is a general contractor. This is the second VRBO home they own (the first is in Ithaca, NY) and they are constantly on the go between houses, making improvements, and taking great pride in the work they've done on the construction and furnishing of these homes.

Why they chose this property

Ardys - I have been coming to the Cape since my parents built a house here when I was 4. I spent every summer here and had an amazing childhood with wonderful memories. My own children are grown but they insist on visiting a few times every year. Their favorite memories are of go-karts, mini-golf, the penny candy store, sunsets on grandma's deck, and ICE CREAM that we still drive to every night as part of our ritual. Mark has been coming here for over 10 years now and has great affection for the area and loves coming up here to work, fish, and play.

What makes this property unique

This house is in the most serene neighborhood. We are just steps away from Oyster Pond, which you can see from our deck. The house is light filled and warm feeling. A great place to relax and recharge. Drive a few minutes and you've got whatever you need at your fingertips . . . food, activities, scenery! Chatham has got it all!
