Come and make some wonderful memories at this beautiful newly renovated 3 bed/2.5 bath home. 4 min drive to beach & town. Cathedral ceiling living room with fireplace. Sunroom with large sectional and 65" smart TV. Dining room for 9. Fully equipped kitchen, sub zero refrigerator, double wall oven, tons of cabinets. King primary suite with daybed, Smart TV, and private office area. Bathroom features brand new glass shower and pebbled floor. Gorgeous queen guest room with ensuite full bathroom including new shower/tub combo. Sunny third bedroom with twin-over-full bunk beds and additional twin. Open loft with 60" smart TV and queen sleeper sofa. Water view upper deck with dining table and 8 chairs, plus 3 sun loungers. Basement game room including pool table, ping pong table, and full size shuffleboard. High chair, pack-n-play, and kids dinnerware/utensils. Games, puzzles, and books for all ages. Brand new stone patio with dining table and Adirondack chairs around a Solo Stove fire pit. Outdoor shower, washer/dryer, bikes, kayaks, Wifi, Central A/C, and new 3 burner Weber grill. Deeded Access to Oyster Pond. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Down a little path to the water.
Guests can contact me 24/7 by phone or by text. I will check in at least once a day to see if you need anything.
Please note that between 6/21/25 - 8/30/25 there are only week-long rentals (Saturday - Saturday) so reservations can only be made for 7, 14, or 21 days. The only exception is Labor Day weekend which can be extended through Monday 9/1/25.
Minimum age of primary renter, who must be one of the guests staying in the house, is 30 years old.

Ardys and Mark live in Southport, CT. They have a blended family with 5 grown children and 2 dogs between them. Ardys does design and planning, while Mark is a general contractor. This is the second VRBO home they own (the first is in Ithaca, NY) and they are constantly on the go between houses, making improvements, and taking great pride in the work they've done on the construction and furnishing of these homes.
Why they chose this property
Ardys - I have been coming to the Cape since my parents built a house here when I was 4. I spent every summer here and had an amazing childhood with wonderful memories. My own children are grown but they insist on visiting a few times every year. Their favorite memories are of go-karts, mini-golf, the penny candy store, sunsets on grandma's deck, and ICE CREAM that we still drive to every night as part of our ritual. Mark has been coming here for over 10 years now and has great affection for the area and loves coming up here to work, fish, and play.
What makes this property unique
This house is in the most serene neighborhood. We are just steps away from Oyster Pond, which you can see from our deck. The house is light filled and warm feeling. A great place to relax and recharge. Drive a few minutes and you've got whatever you need at your fingertips . . . food, activities, scenery! Chatham has got it all!
