Great stay at the Casa

With 17 people, we rented the villa and casa. Both were fantastic. The casa is beautiful with an amazing view of the sunrise over the ocean. I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a rental in the Placencia area.

lovely home

This is a beautiful modern home right on a private beach. The views are stunning. Upstairs is a large patio with firepit and couches; a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. The property manager is onsite and very responsive to all requests.

Beautiful home on a private beach

My family and I loved our stay at this villa. It is newly renovated and was beautiful and comfortable. The villa is close to town and shopping, and we had a quiet, private beach right out the door to swim, snorkel and kayak. We enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning and looking at the beautiful views. Alberto and his wife live on site and were very helpful and friendly with anything we needed. Placencia is a great little town with great restaurants and within a reasonable distance to tourist destinations. We would definitely stay here again!
