Spacious 3BD / 2.5BA three-level townhome, with the top two levels for living space. Bottom level is the laundry area with open space for some storage during your stay. Guests will be able to spread out and enjoy sitting on the canal front deck and cocktail porch. There is space for a docked boat, up to 23'.
