This Barton Hills 3 bedroom, 2 bath private home is located in the heart of South Austin and in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods for any event. You will have easy access to Zilker Park, downtown, Lady Bird Lake and Barton Springs. There are multiple neighborhood access points to the Barton Creek Greenbelt. The house is open concept with abundant windows and lots of natural light and features a large living room and oversized couch. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. One of the best parts of this house is the sliding glass doors that open to a large deck overlooking the backyard. There is a covered area with a big ass fan, outdoor couches, outdoor dining table and propane grill. You will have plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. The house also has a 65 inch smart TV with YouTube TV and access to all streaming services, it also has high speed fiber internet and wifi. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a large island guests can gather around.
