Lakefront, Up North Charm, Quiet - close to amenities (Three Lakes/Eagle River)

Imagine waking up to the morning sunrise over Crystal Lake, sitting on the deck enjoying a cup of coffee, fishing from the dock, kayaking, paddle boating and evening campfires on a stamped concrete patio with your favorite people. A sandy bottom lake just a mile down the road to enjoy swimming and relaxing in the water. Own a boat or jet skis? The boat landing next door comes in very handy. Enjoy riding bikes or UTVs? This cottage is located on UTV trails, and close to biking trails where your rides and adventures could be endless.
In winter, try your luck walking out your door onto the lake, or a short drive to many other lakes to try ice fishing. snowmobile trails nearby, and a Michigan ski resort about an hour away.
The circle driveway makes it very convenient for bringing trailers with boats/UTVs/snowmobiles in and out.
Many local activities within 5-20 minutes that the Northwoods has to offer, from restaurants, breweries, grocery stores, axe throwing, zip lining, snowmobile races, shopping, and many others. A local bar offering food/beverage is within walking distance of your driveway. Secluded/quiet on 4 acres but only minutes from town.
The great room is equipped with a reclining couch and rocking love seat. Large 65” smart TV available to use. Two bar height tables for game playing. A pool table that can be converted to a ping pong table, even a dart board and mini foosball table! Large pane of windows overlooking the lake completes this room!
The kitchen is fully stocked including a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator as well as plates/cups/utensils. Everything you need to make your favorite meal. Large kitchen table with seating for 10 people.
Washer and dryer is also available to use in the upper bath that includes a very large walk-in shower with dual heads for ease in rinsing the sand off your kids after a fun day of play!
This is more than just a cottage; it is our families second home and furnished as such. There is a full closet of board games and movies for you to enjoy. All we ask is that you treat it all well.

This was our second stay and we enjoyed it just as much the second time around. Great place for family or large group gathering! Special thanks to the property manager for going the extra mile to help locate a missing item. Will be back next year!

We had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and filled with a ton of fun stuff for the kids! The views were beautiful and lake was lovely… just a quick troll ride to the bigger lakes. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Great time in the northwoods!

We had a wonderful time in the Three Lakes area and this home made it even better. From small touches like candy in each bedroom to a large fire pit stocked with firewood, this home had it all. The kids (and adults!) loved the pool table, ping pong table and other games on the second level. We also enjoyed taking out the kayaks and peddle boat. The home was clean and comfortable. It was even better than the photos made it seem. Thanks, Scott and Jennifer, for providing a great place to stay!

Awesome Getaway in Three Lakes

Easy 5 stars! Our friend group had a perfect stay. Here are the quick highlights: Excellent outdoor space, perfect for lawn games. Nice patio/balcony area to lounge outside. Loved the upstairs game room-perfect for all sorts of fun Great location- 4 minutes to downtown Three Lakes for easy access to coffee, restaurants, groceries etc. Nice kitchen and plentiful sleeping arrangements for large groups. Easy access to pier for boaters/fishing Scott was very helpful and communication was great. Easy to check in and out! Couldn’t be happier with how our weekend turned out!

Great place to stay!

Where to begin! We had a wonderful stay in Three Lakes. The house was spotless when we arrived. Fresh flowers and detailed notes and instructions greeted us. We were a group of 2 families, and the home gave us room to spread out if we needed to, or be together for meals and games. Our hosts communicated very clearly and promptly both prior to our arrival and during our stay. We really appreciated the level grass access to the lake and the use of 2 kayaks and paddle boat. The lake is very quiet and peaceful. We witnessed a beautiful sunrise and a stunning double rainbow. The covered deck allowed us time outdoors even when the weather didn't cooperate. The fire pit was used almost daily, and the hosts were generous with the firewood left for our use. The large table was great for large group games while the upper game room was great for smaller group games and a movie or two. Just can't say enough. We loved our week here!
