Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, common areas, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in Seversville just blocks from Uptown Charlotte. Enjoy a nice walk uptown to everything that the city of Charlotte has to offer, or check out the exciting South End or Dilworth areas. You can’t beat the events, restaurants, shopping, and night life that are so easily accessible from this property. Check out a Knights game or visit the popular Romare Bearden Park.

This home is settled in the convenient Seversville area just blocks from uptown and I277. Take a nice walk uptown or drive to one of the many local restaurants and bars. The gold line light rail stop is very close by for quick and easy transportation around Charlotte. Plenty of Ubers are also available at this location as well.

Other Things to Note:
The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). We do NOT allow cats. Any and all pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $350 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, MyTripify reserves the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

Interaction with Guests:
